The grid is now published - as usual there might be some changes due to players not showing up. Show starts in 40 minutes!
PS: Happy new year everybody
|
Oh shit, fraer vs dreamertt, I hope dreamertt doesn't show up. :D
If he does, someone please cast it, probably the best matchup this round if Terius hasn't evolved into the next Zerg bonjwa by now.
And a thank you to ZOTAC and the admins for sponsoring and running these cool and important weekly/monthly cups!

|
Wow, Slivko actually failed a 10 pool baneling all in against hatch 1st!!! LOL

Mori is cocasting with Artem who's FXO EU manager afaik, not bad.
|
Oh fraer, still the blink-toss. Doesn't always work if you get no aoe damage.
Livezerg 0-2 Snute Dream 0-2 Tefel
God damn it fraer, one zealot to the third. T_T
Finally!
fraer 1-1 Dreamertt

Anyone got the status on HyuN vs sLivko?

Khaldor has some massive frame drops atm and is trying to resolve his problems. We are already looking for another English cast in case Khaldor cant continue. We'll let you know.

Thanks, HyuN should win though, poor Symbol, never gets a break
|
Fraer would have killed Nestea with a probe rush.
Fraer 2-1 DreamerTT
Snute vs Tefel on EmSc TV
currently 0-0
Nerchio 1-2 Tails Siw 2-0 Bly Revival 2-1 Dimaga
This means, the RO8 looks like this:
Hyun - Symbol Snute - Tefel Fraer - Revival Siw - Tails

funny third game from fraer and dreamertt :D
|
Whoa, Tefel might take out Snute here, a big favorite.
|
Yup, Tefel takes the first game against Snute.
Mori and GGMiker will cast ROX.KIS.fraer vs EGRevivalRC now
|
Tefel is so dead here, early third with no Spines versus Roach Rush.
Nevermind, its not a RR as I thought.
|
fraer is a bit rusty, you can see he didn't play much over christmas and new year.

BaseTradeTV were kind enough to step in for Khaldor. Stream should be online in a few minutes with game 2 of RevivaL vs. Fraer
GGHF!
|
Tefel watch your rally points!

I wish more Zergs would learn to Burrow their Infestors rather than headbutting them and/or leaving them to die when chased by Roaches.
|
If fraer doesn't fuck up the push, Revival is dead.
Lol, exactly like this.
|
Impressive play by Tefel, taking out Snute 2-0 is no joke. HyuN/Symbol had better watch out.
|
Real forfeited to Symbol
|
How did Fraer lose that lead? He looked comfortable ahead, and there were no BLs or Infestors 0_o

According to Liquipedia, HyuN defeated Symbol.

Its strange, because Symbol was active before ReaL forfeited to him. Maybe something happened?
|
On January 05 2013 02:42 PhoenixVoid wrote: How did Fraer lose that lead? With atleast decent forcefields he should have been able to kill Revival with that push, but with the NA-Ukraine lag and a bit of unawareness he lost it.
|
Fuck. Forcefields baited, banelings can walk in now.
Ah well, next Monthly Final is in five days, he can win that one if he starts practicing again.
|
NA lag must really be a problem for Fraer, he completely missed those FFs which would have saved him against that Bane Bust.

HyuN and Revival might meet in the finals, which is often times the scenario in these online cups.
|
|
I think Tefel had a chance there, just that HyuN had the better decisions.
On January 05 2013 03:01 sitromit wrote: Wow, Tefel ragequit! :p
I would be a little mad too, I mean, Tefel had the Infestor advantage, but his Ling & Infestor micro was sub-par, probably influenced by the lag.
|
Hyun had the better micro too. Tefel's mechanics and multitasking don't look very good.
|
"no gg"- Tefel
Grow up a little Tefel, next time try not being so greedy and delay your Bane Nest.
