Hello TeamLiquid I am IcookTacos! And I am hosting my first weekly tournament! This is the first entry to what I hope will become a weekly tournament. My goal is to be able to host 1 of these tournaments by the end of each week, giving some players the opportunity to battle for some cold, hard, cash $$$.

All rounds are BO3, including finals.
Once the tournament starts, I will message you who your opponent is, you will then add each other and play the games.
Once the BO3 is finished, the winner messages me and I confirm their spot to the next round.
If both players claim that they were victorious, I will personally review the match history. The losing player who claimed victory will be permanently banned from the Weeklies.
The maps will be played in the order of the written map pool. If that was to hard for you to understand, then the first map is Deadwing and the last one is Nimbus.
If you are not checked in with within 5 minutes of start (Friday 20:00 CEST 2014/10/24), your spot will be forfeited and will result in a walkover.
I personally overview each submission to see that the requirements are met. After this is done I will send a confirmation email and secure a spot for you in the tournament!
Map Pool:
Deadwing LE (4)
Overgrowth LE (2)
Nimbus LE (4)
MAPHACKERS:
If a player suspects map hacks they may call shenanigans and I will personally review the replays. I will then make a highly subjective, non objective, and possible unfair judgement. If I decide that the player in question are using map hacks they will be permanently banned from all upcoming weeklies, and lose their spot in the tournament.
DISCLAIMER:
This is by no means anything close to professional or cutting edge competitive, this tournament is meant for good fun and a nice way for non professional players to earn some cash and get the opportunity to play in a tournament like setting. Of course if any professional player wants to participate, they will not be discriminated against.
This is also the very first time I personally host an online tournament, so everything is still in the making, It's all a big learning process for me and everything is open for change.
The prize money comes directly out of my pocket and I can only guarantee funding of one weekly so far. After this one I will decide on whether or not I wish to continue, and I will plan at least one month's worth of weeklies.
