Greetings from the Collegiate Star League! We’re the premiere collegiate league, where hundreds of collegiate eSports teams compete in Starcraft 2, League of Legends, Dota2, Hearthstone, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. We run contests, tournaments, and work with universities to host and promote LAN events across North America. Over the past six years, we have awarded over $250,000. in scholarship money and hoping to add onto that as more seasons happen! If you’re looking for more information a great place to start would be our homepage: http://www.cstarleague.com
Format:
This season for Starcraft 2, we’re playing under the title Legacy of the Void. Along with LotV we’re splitting the seasons into two halves.
First half: LotV Archon
**This is strictly just bo3 Archon mode, which means universities may have multiple teams.
Second half: Full lineup
This will mean schools will have to gather 5 players minimum to represent their school.
The format will include a 1v1, 1v1, 2v2, Archon, and potential ACE match.
Each will have their playoffs at their respective times.
Stream:
Along with the new season we have created a new Twitch channel where our Starcraft 2 matches will happen! Give it a follow so you can get updates when we go live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm PT. With a new channel comes new casters as well. BasetradeTV’s very own Rifkin and Zombiegrub will provide the weekly entertainment.
