The problem with this is basically, the formula that is made (payout) is to cater 12 series, revolving 4 teams. See how wonderful those numbers work with each other. Also the next problem is basically Time. These are bo3s with each match casted 1 at a time. More teams means more series, more series means more time. I would love to add more teams (if your team are consisted of nonteam members). But as of now, with the resources we have, i don't think we can support more until maybe the next one coming up.
Let me have a discussion with our producers and lets see what can be done.

Yup! Mix teams should be made of free agents or teams with single player rosters. Players actively participating on tier one teams are not eligible to play on a mix team in the interest of fairness. If you're unsure feel free to apply and it will be judged on a case by case basis.

If teams are buying into the event is it not possible to do multiple KOTH at the same time? Or perhaps just do it on different days if you want to broadcast everything?

If we get a full eight team buy in we may either change it to a two day broadcast or run twice as many series but make them Bo1.

If you are still looking for casters, I highly recommend El Vampyworm, JustJordan, or DaeDaLus. Fantastic community casters!
|
Are we allowed to run 2 rosters if it gets expanded to 8 teams?
|
Quick bump due to roster changes! We've added in ROOT!
|
Is there a list of the team's roster anywhere?
|
Interesting format particularly for a team league.
