I would imagine most of that was Stats by himself though.
I checked, the map was 3:8 in ZvP, Stats played WW only twice (vs ByuL and soO) and won both games. Other games were: Billowy > soO sOs > Curious Classic > Scarlett MyuNgSiK < Scarlett Trap < Solar Trap < Solar Classic > soO sOs > soO

so basically this map seems imba as shit lol
Classic - Scarlett and sOs - Curious are huge mismatches, I wouldn't value this to high

didnt forcefield to defend stalkers from banelings, suicide adepts were the other main 2, but pretty shocking micro overall besides those 3 key components.
Guys, OT a little. What is going on in the Jin Air camp? Just seems all of the players there got a lot worse, maybe except for Maru... I thought them being only team left would stomp but instead Cure retired (?), sOs is one of the worst players right now, Rogue and Trap got 3 times worse they used to be... any ideas what may have happened with them all?

Cure and Trap about switching to overwatch
sOs is really weird, he is bad everytime but was in ro4 of the last two gsl
Thanks. I dont really get these sc2 players swithing to Overwatch... cant really see any advantage for them, but guess they just dont like LOTV at all and want to try another type of game. Too bad I liked all of the Jinair players, miss Cure especially

Exactly ... I miss Rogue in top form ... and it is sad to see them switching to other games ...

Rogue does great on ladder (I watched a few games of his stream yesterday and he was at 6,8k MMR going toe to toe with Inno), he just can't bring it in tournaments at all.
They missed the LoL train but do not want to duplicate the same "mistake" by missing OW's maybe. When you know Faker's salary you can understand them, even though it may not be the best career choice. ( for Trap and Cure)
I feel like the adept nerf helped terrans a little bit but did absolutely nothing in PvZ... We are still seeying that its not about the adept being too strong as a unit, its about the damn shades. Either nerf shades or make adepts more vulnerable when shading that is the way to go here, no?

players have always done well the day they get the award. It's like a charm. DRG played his legendary series against Bogus the day he got his. wtf mang

Solar likes going against the trend.
Both our Nestea award winners this season don't have the greatest history in GSL. Dark at no Ro8s, and Solar had his last one over 2 years ago.
Trap is actually pretty good at PvZ. Also, Solar played horribly in decider match. Became predictable in Newkirk with Swarmhosts all over again and didn't even bother to scout. Second game, what was up with the fast Infestation Pit? Swarmhosts or Broodlords are both bad in Whirlwind given how big that map is.
I feel like someone told Solar about my swarmhost ZvP but he didn't really study or understand how or why it works.
If he had understood how to utilize and abuse the unit vs P he should have understood if the Protoss does a 2 base adept all-in all you have to do is sit on 2 base with 5-8 spines, wall-in on newkirk, and use a nydus to swarmhost bomb one of the two nexus that Protoss has.
After that, the game is a freewin because you are now a 2 base Zerg with 20 swarmhost (the equivalent of a 3 base economy) versus a Protoss on a 1 base economy that's rebuilding their 2nd nexus.
Just goes to show you even highly skilled Korean Pro-gamers sometimes don't really understand how or why a strategy works - they simply mimic something they saw someone win games with and try to "out mechanic" their opponent.
I hope though another Zerg will learn and understand how good swarmhosts are vs P/Mech. Swarmhosts atm are overboard as a unit, but not enough people utilize them correctly.
