Dunno why Heromarine stuck to only marine/marauder the entire time--a few widow mines or siege tanks would have closed things out with how far Heromarine was ahead. Korean qualifiers will be after the patch, so there's still a chance.

Any sensible person would look at a Risk map and see an ideal distribution: 3 players for Africa - I only see 2/3 (counting Mideast as Africa) 7 players for Asia - I only see 4/7 5 players for Europe - they did this correctly 2 players for S. America - they did this correctly 5 players for N. America - I only see 2/5 2 players for Australoceania - I only see 1/2. If this isn't continentalist discrimination, I don't know what it is. At least cut back on Europe to 3-4 players.

You were trying to use a Starcraft RISK board, and creating qualifiers for the Aiur/Char/Korhal/Mar Sara/Shakuras/Zerus regions and assigning players to them is a bit difficult. I'd recommend using a vanilla RISK board, and the sensibility of the distribution becomes self-evident.

Even with a proper RISK board you should find distributing 24 spots for a 16 player tournament difficult though.
