We're back thanks to AfreecaTVs & your support I'm happy to announce the ninth AfreecaTV World Invitational!
Its been a while since we had an invitational but I'm glad to be returning to our roots with such a lineup! Afreeca World will be finally branching out to include the Korean scene and there's nothing better than seeing 3 former pros return with it!
Keeping up with tradition the first invited to Afreeca World is the current champion and soon to be visitor in Korea PtitDrogo the French Protoss. PtitDrogo managed to snag the victory after Elazer's long streak ended.
We have no idea how it will work out but the opponent for Drogo will be PartinG the famous Protoss from Korea now returning. We have 3 debuts in this tournament and I'm incredibly excited to announce the 2nd Korean SuperNova . SuperNova has been back a little longer than some of the others but recently announced a return to playing & resigning with ROOT. Finally fresh off the boat and now just getting back into the swing of things it is the 3rd Korean Revival .
All of these guys are back to playing once again being surprisingly high on the ladder already, we're excited to be a proper test for them!
