Here are some of mine:
Ravens curse

Periodically a tribute is spawned on the map. Player units receive double damage and static defense is disabled until tribute is destroyed. This effect does not stack if there are multiple tributes.
Defenders Advantage

Temporary Zones are periodically placed on the map that will greatly increase the health, armour and attack damage of units inside its radius. Enemy units will prefer to fight inside these zones if one is nearby.
Blinding attacks

Enemy attacks reduce players unit's vision and attack range to 1 and halves their movement speed. When enemy units die, they leave behind a blinding cloud that applies these same effects to player units inside its radius.
Poor Reception

The minimap is regularly replaced with static.
Mass desertion

Periodically Player units will become neutral and flee to Amons forces, joining them when they come within 4 range.
Starcraft Rocks

Rocks are periodically placed on the map that do not impede enemy movement.
Lottery

Periodically the Commanders Minerals, Gas and Supply count are randomized. Randomization is based around your current amount. An alert is given before and while this is happening.
Flash Freeze

Periodically a Flash Freeze will occur, halting production of all Buildings and disabling Static defense. Player units are slowed by 50%.
Splitter strain

Enemy units in each attack wave are double the size and stats. When they die, two regular versions of that unit spawn.
Skeletal Minions

After a short duration, upon death units will arise as Skeletons and attack the player. Skeletons come in a variety:
• Skeletal Warrior - Standard (melee) unit - Has a shield that must be destroyed before it can be killed. (This functions in a similar way to Hardened shields)
• Skeletal Archer - Ranged unit
• Skeletal Mage - Ranged unit - summons Skeletal Warriors
• Grave Golem - Strong unit - spawns from heroic units.
• Ghoul - Fast (melee) unit - leaps onto units in the same way raptorlings do.
(I know this would probably take a lot of work but I figured at least Blizzard would have models and animations for these units that they could pull from)

Eternal Devotion

Upon death, enemy units become invulnerable and can phase through units/forcefields for 8 seconds.
Slivan's Revenge

Wandering Minerals

Minerals wander around slowly. They have push priority so they cant be blocked by units.
Ultimate crossover

Amon's armies instead consist of units from WC3 themed by race. (i.e. instead of fighting Terrans you may be fighting Night elves...I know this one is an unrealistic ask but one can dream)
Release the Kraithen

A boss unit Kraith wanders the map and will engage with Player units if it wanders too close.
