If you could get him to blog on this site, it would also be great.
Also, Apex is coming.

It would be very good for TL if they get him to blog here instead of Facebook.

How is he a bigger brand in the wider smash scene? Ken was at the top from 2002-2006 and then disappeared for 7 years outside of a brief stint at evo in 08 for brawl. M2K has been at the top from 2005 to the present AND has been or is at the top in brawl, PM, and now smash 4.

Mew2king directly usurped ken and has a longer, more recent reign in more games and is doing a lot for the scene. Go to youtube and type in ken smash and sort by views. Ken's most viewed match is 236k. Mew2king's is 650k. M2K also has 10,000 more followers on twitter and 24k more followers on twitch. Pretty clear cut to me.

Of course M2K is bigger these days, he's a way better player than Ken's been in years. That's not my arguement. Ken does have the legacy of being beyond bonjwa at Smash though, so it's not SUPER clear cut.

Maybe it's not clear cut if we're discussing who had the stronger legacy in melee, but that's not what's being discussed. Branding as of today is, and that IS clear cut.

As for Liquid...I don't see it. His personality is a little more off-kilter than TL is usually looking for, and TBH, it's better for Melee if none of the big 5 are teammates (GGA doesn't count). But I hope he gets a big brand name to sign him. He deserves it.
