ok heres few squat vids from the other day. i can see im not going deep enough in some, off balance, back rounding sometimes, bar probably too far up my neck, idk about knees and leaning back atm, and im not sure if my knees are following my feet when i go down/stance.
but ill post em anyway haha. theyre the best ive got

I will be over 100kg in a month! Have done gym workouts for 3 weeks and skiing for 1.5 months Weight change: 94 to almost lows as 91 then with skiing gained muscle to 94-95kg again and now with gym to 97kg today! :D
I have change now my workout finally what i enjoy. Call me stupid but i didnt like everything in 5x5 workout. I change barbell rows to power cleans. No point in doing barbell rows when you are as tall as me and knees block me. I dont want to do things with wrong tehniques. I also arranged weights to suit me. Should i give my workout plan? Or even anyone can be arsed with checking it ? . Anyhow...i am atleast a year, maybe a year and a half or even two years off my final coal, benchpressing my BW, squating atleast 150% BW and deadlift 200%BW Remember, IT IS NOT A SPRINT!
Seems the workouts are getting easier the further into the week I go and as the weights go up. Today was 7x5@245. Was pretty brutal, but managed it just fine. Tomorrow is 10x3@260. I feel like that is going to be ezpz. Low rep workouts make me so happy, so much less mental exhaustion compared to the sets of 9 and 7 at the beginning of the week. After the squats today i finished with some weighted pull ups 3x5@BW+40lbs. Now to relax and watch some HomeStory cup before work tonight.
squated 130kg x 5, i'm sure I'll hit twice my bodyweight, 150kg x 5 within a month. Hopefully I can get a friend to video tape me to share something.
to xJupiter9x yeah low rep is awesome. I never do more than 5 reps unless i'm doing partials (as it takes less time to do them so time under tension is the same as 5xregular excerise) or other special reason

Trance is great, but I don't think I could ever workout to it. That's a great song and I love the buildup, but I need more beat to personally get pumped for a workout. Been using things like this for deadlifts:
That's a live set, particular song buildup starts @2:44, goes to about 5:00, but the whole set is good. Hell, all their sets are good.

Especially for someone your size, it's not a sprint. Takes time to gain muscle and increase lifts. Absolutely post your workout plan, and absolutely do power cleans... but I'm curious about your barbell row form, as if you're doing them correctly the knees really shouldn't be getting in the way no matter how long your legs are.
highlighted part will be next monday. This is not week 1, but i change the numbers so i could always see what i could be doing in 12 weeks, keeps me motivated :D
My workouts are light right now. Not going to do 5-6days a week gym right now :D
I droped the barbell rows because i just couldnt get the tehniques right(thats why knees were in the way i guess), i dont want to do it wrongly so i just droped them for now. I dont have a mirror closeby and i am doing my workouts alone right now. Gonna change the gym next month i think.

I have plenty of trance/house/progessive that i absolutely LOVE lifting to, either getting in a rhytm for 10 rep sets or a nice build up for a 1RM

Pulled something in my hip playing hockey last night. Damnit. Hopefully it's gone by the time I lift tomorrow. Pretty painful though not really sure how to stretch it out.
