did some sprints on the stationary bike today as well as some leg extensions and hammy curls.
i figured if i can't squat, i might as well get some leg work done instead of just sitting on my ass. my hammy is shot to shit. love it!
forgot to mention that i tried out choco milk instead of my usual milk as a post-workout drink. the milk apparently had more cals (and proly more bang for the buck), but the choco tasted so much better.

I thought deep squats were actually good for the knees! maybe just do some light squats until you feel better

So with all the talk of olympic lifting going on in this thread, I've been checking out various videos of it that you guys have posted and from the actual Olympics. Thought it looked damn cool so I figured I'd try some powercleans after a workout before I called it a day. I. Fucking. Loved. It. brb contacting the oly club in town

pfft everyone can slim down. Just lift heavy for a while and watch the fat deplete and muscles get massive. at 6'2 240 you've got a good frame to put on a LOT of strength.\

Another question, this is probably bro-science I heard from parents,adults and teachers (all awful sources) even though I'm eating above maintenance, will I still lose fat because my body is growing? I'm around 15 years of age.

I would love to donate three inches neco. All that being tall has given me is bad knees,being ultra-skinny, and any time I try to talk to a cute girl, a sore neck. Also I frequently hit my head on things, even though I'm not SUPER tall.
Decaf, how'd you cook the asparagus? I love that stuff. I do it with a little bit of orange juice and black pepper when I make it. Smells terrible, tastes FANTASTIC. Just have to get around how tough it is to bite/chew.
