Another question, this is probably bro-science I heard from parents,adults and teachers (all awful sources) even though I'm eating above maintenance, will I still lose fat because my body is growing? I'm around 15 years of age.

Depends how many you're taking. If you take one a day, obviously take it when you wake up in the morning. If you would be taking more (depends on the amount of omega 3's per capsule) then I would spread them out throughout the day, eating them with meals so as to maximize absorption and minimize fishy burps.

He also had an exercise show, iirc, and continued to push fitness and a healthy lifestyle upon all of america well into his later life through the medium of daytime TV infomercials =p.
I'm not sure about every muscle your body uses in a power clean, but I know it's primarily legs and traps. My traps especially are wicked sore the day after power cleans, but that might just be because they're lagging behind my other muscles. If you want monster lats do wide-grip pull ups (weighted if you can) and pendlay rows.
As to the growing thing, I can say from my experience that you don't necessarily LOSE fat - that is, your body has the same amount of fat still present, it's just that you'll be growing quickly at your age, and so the fat is becoming spread out over your entire body. More surface to spread fat over = less fat at a given point.
Also, you're lifting. So you'll be in better shape than you would have just by virtue of the exercise you're getting.

As stated before, you'll probably won't notice it since it is spreading around evenly and getting more muscular at the same time = you look like you've lost fat

Still standing. Went beast mode for 90 minutes and dominated my workout. Snatch 1x2 @ 80, 5x1 @ 95, 1x1 @ 90. Hit my first 2 singles, missed the next 2, got pissed off and dominated the last 3 at 95 and the one at 90. Power snatched one of them lol. CJ 1x2 @ 95, 1x1 @ 105, 5x1 @ 115. I have never had such a dominatory performance, every rep was smooth. The guys i lift with couldn't find anything i needed to change on my clean. Just need a bit of work on my jerk. Back squat 2x2 @ 375, 1x1 @ 415. Knocked them all out ass to grass. pow pow At this point i got home and all my roomates were going to the gym and i felt good and i have a day off tomorrow so i went and benched 245 for 5x5 and did reverse grip rows + chin ups to hit the chest and biceps that are relatively neglected in oly lifting. Getting more and more of my friends on the Starting Strength train fortunately. They still want to go to the gym 6 days a week so T_T

It was part of a microwave bag of mixed veggies. I dont like the texture at all even if i do flavor it up :/

Power cleans work god damn near everything. Lot of legs/hips/back/traps though.
And as said, your bf% will decrease as you pack on the muscle. You'll spread out the body fat by being bigger and your metabolic rate will increase so you'll burn more calories.

Orally, with a healthy amount of fat (whole milk, etc) Vit D is fat soluable! See above post for dosaging. I just have a shit ton of them a day because mine are only 300mg omega 3 T_T Getting some nice potent oil asap.

Yes, but not significantly as other exercises
You will lose fat and gain muscle well becuase you are going through puberty (e,.g. loads of testosterone flowing through your body).
Otherwise, its possible to do it but as your BF% drops it gets a lot harder

Holy crap, I did two sets of unweighted dips today (8 reps each because I'm weak), and my pecs looked amazing afterward. My chest is kind of weird ... it's big, and it has a lot of muscle, but my pecs don't look anything like pecs. I think focusing on doing dips on benching days would increase my pec size.
Also, I'm going to be having sex with the girl of my dreams (my new girlfriend :D) in about 2 weeks, so it's time to buckle down and get ripped. No more gluten, no more fried shit, and no more sugar. 15-20 minutes of HIIT on non-lifting days on top of my current training.
