Maybe if you're coming to a more paleo (or bulletproof in this case) lifestyle, a breakfast not containing cereal/toast/bage etc. is just unthinkable but coffee is normal? Easy substitution without trying to eat foods early in the morning you'd much rather not? /shrug

Tried a grass-fed steak this weekend. Nothing special honestly. The natural sausage for breakfast was amazing though.

If for some reason you don't like cream or maybe a lactose issue(?) the butter is a great substitute. It sounds odd but it's good. Tried a grass-fed steak this weekend. Nothing special honestly. The natural sausage for breakfast was amazing though. It's the fat that is amazing in grass fed beef. Especially when the flavor from the fat can permeate the meat. If it was just the meat then it's pretty much similar to non-grassfed meat.

I try to have 1.5 liters - 2 liters on days that I work out, but I haven't heard any consistent guidelines. Some say 8 cups a day, some way 13 cups a day, some say it doesn't matter as long as you drink at least a liter a day and get some from food, but I was wondering if there is a number you stick to.

I totally agree. I did a little digging and read (nothing absolutely credible) it was a basic repackage of some organic brand, I think it had Portland in the name. The premise is the same regardless when it comes to "bulletproof" just don't waste your money on Upgraded Coffee. The butter really is tasty in the coffee.

I've heard a lot of variation in how much water is suggested that someone drink, is there any hard set number or way to figure it out? I've heard drink enough for at least 5 clear urinations a day.

Bolded answer -- sales are increased with the "scammy" type approach unfortunately which is why most sites use it nowadays. That's why almost everyone uses it... Remember, those that are smart enough to look into buying it are going to buy it anyway, but it hooks other people who might not otherwise buy it.

Also, I'm going to start Stronglifts when I get back to school (sorry, I know this is more geared towards the other thread, but didn't want to spam). Is it okay if I don't start from just the bar and go ahead and start from a slightly higher weight? I'm a tad impatient haha.

For SS or StrongLifts you generally want ot start around your 5 RM where your 5 RM is wher eyou can do all of the reps without slowing down out of the squat with good form

Hmm okay, sounds good. I'll practice form a bit, then probably crank it up to 10-15 lbs lower than the weight I usually did.

First ingredient is vegetable oil or some shit.
