I don't understand it, but I'm gaining weight. Up to 187, a solid 10 lbs heavier than I was a month ago. I'm being so careful about what I eat and how much. Starting to think it's just supplements packing on more muscle. Oh well. Very proud to hit 310. Makes that goal of 350 seem not so far off. Hitting shoulders hard tomorrow, then legs on Tuesday. Pretty eager to see where my squat max is. Feeling so strong! Next time you do DL's try and get a side profile video of your form if you want any e-coaching, they are my favorite exercise and one of my specialties in personal training. In fact, I'll be deadlifting later on today Edit: decafchicken, have you ever tried airborne? Although it is homeopathic, which more or less means bullshit, I've found that it paradoxically helps me feel a lot less sick when I've come down with an upper respiratory disease.

For me managing my weight is a quality of life thing and I absolutely despise the gym so going to the gym to lose weight would be utterly pointless and unsustainable because I'll stop going asaply. On 5 or so days a week I'll cycle for 20 minutes into work and be on my feet for maybe 5 hours (of a 9 hour shift) at work including 1-2 hours of lifting and moving shit before cycling home for another 20 minutes. I put that into multiple calorie consumption things and they all concluded 3.5k or more. The other guys have said that 3.5k is alright but it seems too much in my book. And the point of homeopathy is just to make money off a bullshit product, it doesn't fill some kind of placebo need in the market.

I'm not even talking about weight loss potential or ease of application or anything, I just cant eat salads, bacon and eggs for five days in a row. It's not conducive to longterm success. And the point of homeopathy is just to make money off a bullshit product, it doesn't fill some kind of placebo need in the market. I ran a keto diet for 2 months and those were 2 of the least enjoyable months of my life; keto makes your sweat smell weird, energy feels totally different, and the lack of satiety from the absence of carbs really starts to mess with your head after a while. Some folks can do it without issue, and I am definitely not one of them. And yeah, homeopathic remedies are sold to make money off of misconception, that doesn't mean that misconceptions can't be useful. Learning to work with your own placebo effect can be a worthwhile undertaking, but it requires some rather strange thinking so I can understand why many would think this unusual. I knew Airborne was and is bullshit insofar as it's ingredients are concerned, but when I took it, I felt slightly better. The same holds true for a multivitamin. Many multi's are provably useless in a direct sense, with many of the standard pills passing through digestion in whole form and very little of the vitamins being utilized. However, I take mine religiously, and I haven't been sick or really felt that bad physically for a long while. Is it the multi? Probably not. But, if I can afford it and my health continues positively, why not?

But, if I can afford it and my health continues positively, why not? I think I've done keto a couple times, completely by accident - last spring for example I was eating pretty much exclusively eggs and bacon, ribs, chicken, ground beef, seafood, cheese, nuts and green veggies drinking only whole milk and water. I was doing roughly the same thing when i first switched to paleo. I did get the complete absence of any hunger (and also any fullness) as well as the bad breath and the (acetone or ammonia? I forget) sweat. Didn't notice much change in energy, but then I'm sleep deprived most of the time anyway. I naturally sleep on a ~26 hour cycle, so it's impossible for me to line up when I feel like I should be going to bed with when I actually should be going to bed.

I was stopped from doing mma for a year just when I was going to be entering into amateur tournies because of a tear in an intercostal rib muscle. I love (kick)boxing as well. Probably the most fun regular sport I ever did. However I stopped again last year anyway because it's really not much fun at all if I can't practice at least 2 times a week. Also the boxing club membership was too expensive for the little time I had for it due to traveling. Nah the worst part about the injury is that I am skiing addict. I basically survive all year just so I can finally go skiing in the winter, and now it's January and I am looking at a 3 month injury. Fucking depressing. Already canceled two more planned skiing trips TT. I have spent thousands this season already in equipment and canceled trips, all for nothing

Daily intake from my meals at the moment is roughly 1338 cal 120.6 protein 93.5 carb of which 30.2 sugar 51.6 fat of which 18 saturated 11.3 fibre 1.95 sodium which is what I ate yesterday Today I went shopping and picked up a bag of sweets (1200 calories in the bag apparently) while there which I'll try and spread over the next few days. Think that might be my leak. Leaving my wallet behind again today though so even if I eat 600 cals of sweets today I'm still under 2k.

In the last week I've basically just cut the pasta out. As of yesterday I also stopped carrying my wallet so I couldn't buy snacks and I regretted it really badly. I made sure I had a bottle of squash in my bag so I could drink whenever I got really peckish but I got really irritable and pissed at the world by the end of the day so maybe there was some blood sugar thing going on. Equally, yesterday was pretty shit so maybe that was it. I bought some bananas today to take to work as a snack over the next few days but I need to wait for them to get ripe first. Unless you're sitting on your ass whole day long that's really low.
