-Fucked my back 3 times, including presently (have barely lifted for the past couple months, just volume/strength/rehab/isolateral work atm).
-Bombed out of nationals
-Still haven't improved my comp total since 2014, and didn't PR my snatch or squats.
-Went from barely totaling 240kg post injury and considering quitting weightlifting, to totaling 305 to qualify for nationals in about 4 months.
-PR training CJ of 171kg after close to 3.5 years of stagnation.
-Got my snatch back up to 138kg which is 4kg off my best.
-Hit some random squat PRs like 3x171kg FS and 7x182 BS and close attempts of 5x200 and 4x205
-Learned a lot about lifting. Doing lots more coaching and love watching my lifters progress.
-Probably the only person on the planet to compete in rugby national playoffs and weightlifting national championships in back to back weeks.
Hope this year's a bit healthier. And I'm gonna take down that 143kg snatch or die trying.
