Referee was Gonzales Gonzales, he didn't have a premonition about that going in with a ridiculous deflection, he is just shit. One of the few things all LaLiga fans will probably agree on....

That is why I don't buy any of the conspiracy theories from both sides(Madrid or Barcelona). The referees are just shit and it's that simple.

Coutinho hasn't been their best player since summer to be honest. As an United fan I'm a bit torn. Can't really feel happy for those Scousers but I'd be lying if I didn't secretly hope they'd win. I think this is a good loss for City. It's a necessary wake up call to put them back on their feet after such a great streak. With Champions League coming up, I think this was a good time to lose. And them 15 points ahead surely helps. City is just too strong for the rest of the league to not win this season.

They were not playing great but the team got good results and they have time to improve and understand Berizzo way of play.

Ay I wish our conte is as positive against top teams like how Liverpool do. Defensive issues aside, klopp made Liverpool play like they're the better and scarier team. Our conte likes to concede control of the game and play with 7 man and a garbage bin behind the ball even against weaker teams. I guess our consolation is that the red side of London is a greater joke.

Btw anyone surprised by the Sanchez move to United. Pretty sure Wenger was gonna sell to City instead of Mou, but seems ilike Miki will be involved so he's selling to United instead?

Yeah I know, i was just responding to the stupidity with troll comments. My immediate thought is that guy needs to not be refereeing games anymore and that card needs to be overturned. The Sanchez thing is fine if he goes to United, he will make them better. He would make City better too, but they dont need him. They need defenders or for John Stones to get some steel because hes fucked up a few games now. And that shit aint gonna fly against top quality attacks.

But you saw the ref intentionally kicking the player? Or is this also the same kind of contact, the player has to avoid at all cost?

That was my point about the new ligue1 rule. That's a retarded (implementation of the) rule. The ref ran right into the path of the player. It's entirely possible the player DID do everything there to not hit the referee, but slamming on the breaks of a full sprint is not instant. And then the ref kicked at the player... WTF?!
