I reckon if teams are good enough they make and generally take more other opportunities. Its unfortunate though and if I were a Dortmund supporter I would be upset too.

The problem is that he didn't say Dortmund were bad. The implication was that the referee single-handedly screwed a far superior side, which is laughable. The way Dortmund defended yesterday, there will be a cricket score at the Westfalenstadion in a couple weeks.

They boo the player that newspapers and other media tell them. They are like sheep. (There is a huge campaign "Asensio instead of Bale" in the Spanish media right now.)

Which is fair enough maybe you can say in terms of Asensio looks very good right now and Bale needs more time to get back to his best. However with Benzema recently injured? (is he still maybe?) surely Bale Ronaldo Asensio front 3 is going to be fantastic?

Real Madrid have to be one of the few clubs in the world where the foreign fans are more reasonable than the locals. No way to treat a player who was so important prior to all his injuries.
Btw haitike what is your favorite team in Spain? Barcelona right?

on the evidence that they required the ref's help to win a home game against a financially inferior side

utd/city/chelsea/barca/real/bayern/juventus etc. all had games where they had been very bad and won with luck...
I don't get your point..

Dortmund was robbed, as do many teams every season in every competition. Football is never 100% fair. This discussion is pointless.

I'm a Barcelona supporter since I was a child. my father is a Real Betis supporter and Real Betis is my second team (their supporters are awesome, still similar in number to Sevilla supporters despite the team being less successful). I don't care too much about Granada despite being the closest "big team".
In my opinion, the best supporters of la liga are from Athletic Bilbao. And the most annoying, from Valencia.
Barcelona and Madrid used to have good supporters some time ago, but they are quite bland now, with many old people. And in the stadiums there are too much tourists and random people.

Bilbao I kind off expected it, but Betis is nice to hear. Love hearing teams like Betis keep their supporter numbers. A shame to hear that Barcelona is suffering from the tourists and random people though, I guess that is the downside of being a global brand. We were lucky we went to a really bad period that kind of filtered everyone out haha and our stadium is on the smallish side.

To be fair I have been one of those tourists. It feels weirdly subdued compared to like English stadiums, heck even TFC here in Toronto and Seattle when I lived there.
But that having been said, its not like tourists and random people are taking seats away from people who want to be there. I think the supporter base just isnt as passionate (week in week out) like they are elsewhere and I dont think the tourists are necessarily as much as a cause as they are an effect. But my evidence is totally anecdotal.
