Another tip: I've learned to select workers nearer to the Nexus. If I select ones near the minerals, they're more likely to have minerals. Also, on the topic of clicking three workers separately so one doesn't wait and you waste time:

The benefits are obvious but marginal, and the down effect is that you start admiring shit like this and end up focusing on close-to-useless tricks while you fall behind in much more important things. I don't know about that, but I do know one thing: small achievements go far. It's psychological. If I think I've improved (even if only very slightly), it elevates my confidence and willingness to try harder. Small improvements lead to a better attitude, and then I'm more likely to actually improve.

Like 1 match in 10000000 are decided by a diffrence of 5 minerals. or probably not even one -.-

Yeah someone really took cream out of his doughnut. I know pressing 'c' for zerg screws up build commands, i.e. i want to make a geyser or any other structure and i press c, the drone will return the minerals and proceed to gather. Probably something they missed because it shouldn't kill you build command.

-Send worker to gas -If you see worker has mineral, click it to go back to hatchery/nexus/CC -Worker will still automatically go to gas after returning its minerals, without you needing to re-click the gas. This is essentially the same thing as pressing "C", but nonetheless helps me.

Now it's ingrained. I don't think about it.. it's just a natural feeling keystroke when playing. It didn't win me games, but it didn't cost me games. It just gave me more control over how things work. Haters gunna hate.
