I'm not say whether the OP is right or wrong, I'm just pointing out that the OPs "crendentials" do not make his opinion any more special than anyone elses. It's always like that: "I think I know what I'm talking about because I studied this field." Unless you're an expert of course. Just another way of confirming "I won't believe this guy simply because he did this and that." Don't judge a book by its cover. | ||

The main issue is the IP and the commercialization thereof (which you completely neglect to mention). The rest is just fluff, which easily could have been settled without a lawsuit. Sure, there are unknowns to us, what with them sticking to the NDA and all (someone's got to do it), but.. there's nothing here, this is not what the suit is about. | ||
