On topic, try reading through their help section (http://www.gomtv.net/faq/index.gom), as "doesn't load," is the vaguest of technical descriptions and will only garner canned responses like "reinstall the Gom Player"

The load icon at the start of the video appears and after that nothing happens. It just "loads" endlessly.

If you are seeing the GOMtv.net logo then there is a problem possibly with a firewall / internet security software not letting you connect to the GOM streaming service (as this logo appears BEFORE starting to connect to the stream / VOD) If you are seeing the GOM foot logo (video loading screen) then there is possibly a deeper problem that can only be explained by someone that knows the intricacies of the GOM protocol. Honestly, if you've updated your browser versions / FLASH then the only true way to get tech support would be to go to the source of the problem. There are a bunch of geeks here at TL, but none of us can come up with a true solution apart from guessing at what the problem might be. Yes, we might get it right after a while of "poke and hope" at the problem, but your best bet will STILL be to send in a ticket to GOM support.

So far the only ad I have seen is for WoW and there was always a "Skip Ad" button to click which promptly took it away.

It loaded fine, played the add, I could skip it if I wanted, BUT: Everytime I wanted to pause to preload the VOD, it started at 0:00 after pressing play again. Pretty annoying because I had to watch some of the games with buffering every few seconds...

The newest GSTL VODs have ads before each match, blocking the ads might be causing the hanging issue. I wish I had known this back in S1 when I had no idea why the VODs weren't loading (I was seeing the gomtv.net logo and it was indeed a firewall issue).
