If you don't know so many things, then why bother posting like that at all? This is Europe and we don't want MC to win all our tournaments. We obviously cheer against him. Outside of the game everyone is friendly to him, don't worry.

How is micro not a test of skill?
Actually, don't answer that, don't want to derail this thread.
Well if you didn't want me to answer that you would have removed it.
Because micro is only one factor? You need very little macro in order to pull off a 4 gate...

by this rationalization, macro is the only test of skill, which simply isn't true.

Well then i think you should play a mouse accuracy game for a year and ull be just as good as the pros?...
They are making lots of very small decision that are winning the game, Ex: when to build sentries, when to be defensive, when to try to attack, when to pull back, what to focus, where to place proxy pylons, when to keep pressuring (last game mc vs huk) and the restictions that result on your opponent, if they can possibly sneak an additional probe or two, or late game like when huk used his position to cut off long range mining... honestly man, 4 gate battles may be limited compared to a normal sc2 game because both players are limited, but that just makes it that much more difficult to be good at it.

Damnit, there we go derailing this thread. :|
What are you talking about? I just said that micro is only one factor. From that alone you can tell that my opinion is you need more than one factor to have a true test of skill.
I think it's also interesting that TLO is in the banner but he is not playing. Even though he is there at the flat, I wish I could see him more and listen to him commentating!

I think that is an incredibly blunt and uninformed opinion. Micro determines the fights, but everything leading up to it, how you capitalize, the decisions you make, they all play such a huge factor in PvP.
People love calling PvP a coin flip, but it certainly isn't. It is just very hard. You can see it already, the better and better players get the less and less they shrug off "PvP" as a "w.e", because there is method to all this madness
