Hey guys! A you may remember, I took a lot of photos and interviews during MLG Dallas! I will be doing the same at MLG Columbus.
Hotel Internet and Press Internet (at MLG) is not very good and my laptop is 4.5 yrs old, so I'm probably going to be very slow at getting videos uploaded.
Can you add more drive-by walkthroughs in your videos? It was always hilarious seeing pros reaction to people walking in front of them being interviewed so please do it on purpose this time.

haha..you mean idra and 'jackass..'?
great job dude, one of my favorite parts of these events is getting to actually see the players behind the names. it would be cool if you could get some of the koreans :3
Mr Chae seems like a really cool guy. I like how he seems to genuinely care about expanding e-sports and making SC2 a truly global competition. He mentioned GOM was going to work with IEM and Dreamhack too so hopefully something big comes from that.

GOM is already taking the IEM & Dreamhack weekends off, and a few Koreans are going to each, I believe.
Did want to point out, separately, that the SirScoots interview + Incontrol's somewhere else finally explains what happened with SOTG. It wasn't that EG made him stop, it was the SirScoots had a long talk with Geoff about over committing himself. Geoff wants to be a top Player, so that was where the decision came from. Compare that to PainUser, who's decided to go the caster route for the time being. It's a nice problem to have, but it's still a problem.
The Mr Chae and SirScoots videos are very enjoyable, nice that you did one with the fans from canada. Community involvement and representation are never a bad thing.
However I'm kinda curious after watching the soundproof booth tour about "the random music that's constantly being played". I wonder if it's loud enough to really notice or even cancel out hearing game sounds effectively. Also it interests me whether the players can affect the music that's being played to them, because for me it has huge difference whether the music is something "fast" like trance for instance or slow music like jazz.
The interview with SirScotts was really insightful. They are not my favorite team, but they sure have top management and some excellent players (Idra... and what happen to you Demuslim?).
If you'e already doing some editing, as you would seem to be by the fact that there's one interview without editing not up yet, maybe you should edit out the little intro 'you ready?'s. Other than that, solid interviews, you're good at keeping the conversation going and letting players finish talking which is something a lot of interviewers have trouble with.

Yea. I'm on a 4.5 yr old laptop so I try to edit only when there's interruptions that I need to cut. Otherwise it takes too long to justify.
The vodafone guy made basicly a huge announcment. If a company like that makes a international tournament with qualifiers all over the world, and an offline event in europe (like dremhack, wooot?!?) ... its gonna be huge. O_o
That Vodaphone-guy dude.. Wow, if Vodaphone gets into E-sports, it could start a trend in the telco-industry.. Vodaphone is by far, the biggest Telco in the western world (Two chinese companies are bigger, but they are state-run) and already is THE trendsetter for all Telco's.. This could get really big really fast if this sees the light of day..
Good job Vodaphone! Look forward to seeing what you have in store
The interview with the vodafone guy is quite a huge deal actually , vodafone is a really really big company: according to the wikipedia page they had 341 million users in 2010 ... It's not funded yet but having such a big company involved in the e-sport market would be a huge step forward.
SirScoots "I think that Greg is staying in games a little longer, and I think that is changing outcomes of games... right?"
Greg probably heard that and decided to trololol SirScoots!
Edit: Also funny, I first thought that Ret and TLO were walking behind Alex, the french vodafone guy, at the start of his interview, rewind showed them to be just two spectators
LOL WATCH THE INTERVIEW WITH ASKJOSHY OMFG THIS IS SO AWKWARD ITS UNBELIEVABLE HAHAHAHA AND WAHT IS THE RANDOM GIRL DOING BEHIND THEM DANCING LIKE A SPASTIC HAHA
THE INTERVIEW IS SO PAINFULL I CRINGE SO HARD ON THE INSIDE
Just added Sixjax Chick (Kelly Toki, aka Ariwa) and MrBitter's interviews!
Still uploading more! Evoli (Team Manager of Sixjax) interviews me, I interview Kevin Lin of JustinTV, and a short video of how crowded the 3 stages are during the finals (all starcraft!)
I just wanted to compliment you for the content you're delivering. At first when I saw your early interviews from MLG Dallas I thought you were doing quite bad, but since then you really improved a lot. It was already shown in later interviews from Dallas and the improvement seems to go on and on. I really enjoy your interviews now and I look forward to see those from Anaheim.
Thanks for all the content. Anyone who is looking at the wall of videos, I really suggest the Sir Scoots interview. The guy is just so freaking awesome and Edward asked him a bunch of great questions.
Such a great interview by Incontrol. I love how he just described his game and how he didn't have much time and just realistically about his chances. Really enjoy listening to his views on many SC2 things. Great job as always with the interviews.
isn't mr. bitters girlfriend super camera shy? she looks extremely nervous and uncomfortable. met them in dallas and think theyre intelligent nice people. bitter has a knack for camera action but his girl seems to freeze in front of it. love the sheth interview man! that guy is awesome.
lovin your interviews now eddie! also lovin the girls ur interviewing too. sixjax is such a foul mouth but is a real cutie. met mr. bitter's girlfriend at both mlg's - she's really cool and smart so i don't understand why she's so nervous in front of the camera...makes her look the opposite of what she really is. keep up the good work and hope to see you in anaheim!
awesome edward thanks for sharing! Wow SirScoots is a awesome/super smart guy, i feel like with him as a mentor/leader the sky really would be the limit
