Which in team vs team means 1 person on your team defeated the entire other team. Think All kill in winners league format for Starcraft. OCV is more appropriate in a multiple character game in 1v1 when you win with only one character in my opinion. Like in KOF when you win without losing a single character.

Can't wait for the episode after gamescom when they try to hop aboard. I can't wait for the episode after gamescom where we continue to ignore the game. (/sarcasm) I will wait for the episode after DotA actually proves itself as a legitimate competitive game that organizations want to support via tournaments, teams, etc. I know you will disagree with me, but DotA has made ZERO advancement in terms of a globally popular spotlighted eSports title. I really am not going out of my way to discredit the game(s) at all because I enjoy them casually myself, but I'm definitely not convinced that it will ever be able to exist like BW, CS, Quake, SC2, etc. I really hope I'm wrong, because the features they mention are certainly on the right track. But you can't really eat up Valve's bullshit about eSports so easily. They had the same opportunity to support and advance CS 1.6 at it's prime and they chose to take a very obvious backseat almost to the point of ignoring it. I think DotA 2 will be alot more like TF2, where it appears as if the potential is there, but the actual direction from Valve never let's it get beyond a "casual game that a fuckload of people play". It's also going to be very tough for HoN, LoL, BLC, and DotA 2 to all co-exist, and most certainly not at the same tournaments. I HOPE that the competition between these companies will change the way they all approach eSports. EDIT: since people like to use this single post against me, I just want to throw in an EDIT. I have since educated myself on the struggles of the DoTA community and how they are progressing and transitioning into DOTA2. My spite was more towards the lack of effort that Valve put forth in games like TF2 (which I mention) because i believe that had quite a bit of potential. However, they chose to take a more casual route. i don't want to see games that have competitive potential lost in a sea of casuals. So I do hope the best for DOTA and honestly the entire MOBA scene. Nice ninja edit months after the fact wheat thought you were keeping it real. You know just another 50k prize pool international tournament with teams completely spanning the globe happening this weekend, one that has been going on annually for a long time now. You know with that favored team that has made quite a fair amount of money despite not competing in that 1.6million dollar tournament.

Attendees and viewers of the NASL Season 2 Grand Finals will be in for a treat on Saturday, December 3rd as djWHEAT takes the stage for a special edition of Live on Three. After casting the second semi-final match for the evening with Day9, djWheat will move from the caster desk to the main stage as he, SirScoots, and Slasher host Live on Three at the NASL Season 2 Grand Finals. This show will start at approximately 10:15pm PST. In addition to Live on Three’s normal programming antics, viewers are encouraged to tune in for a special segment they will not want to miss. Until then, all are encouraged to tune in to NASL for a djWHEAT interview that will be aired on Thursday, November 17th. Live on Three is dedicated to delivering the professional gaming coverage and commentary the community wants. The three hosts offer a behind-the-scenes look and in-depth discussion on the state of pro-gaming. Sometimes insightful, sometimes inciting, and always passionate - Live On Three is exactly what fans would want it to be: pro-gaming without the fluff. Source

Great show once again. and rofl at Marn, cool guy. No idea if you're still curious a week later, but the story (as far as I know/remember, at least): Marn was a member of EG's fighting game team. He was a good Street Fighter player in addition to being one of the best at a variety of faster paced fighters (TvC, Guilty Gear, etc) that were typically played as side tournaments back before MvC3 and MK came out and every main tournament was just SF4. Also, in case you didn't notice during the show, he's a bit of a character. His incidents included plenty of in game taunting/trolling, general BM and, probably most controversially, calling Daigo Umerhara (essentially the BoxeR of Street Fighter) "free" (bad) after beating him on stream. Again, everybody knew he was BM, wasn't a huge deal, until eventually he and EG went separate ways, on more or less good terms. Then Marn said on an interview on the fighting game community biggest internet show (Cross Counter), that he left the team because he felt like he wasn't valued at all, which made sense to him because he was only signed to make/convince/trick Justin Wong in to signing/staying with the team. No real reaction was ever given by EG (to my knowledge).

Link to Part 1 Disappointed that Wheat, Scoots and Slasher didn't make a bet. That was actually pretty good idea bringing LoL to OneMoreGame shows as well as Fuck Slasher. Great show, despite the lack of SC2!
