They will never have my financial support again.
Following lengthy discussion it's apparent they only care about hard $ and nothing about customers.
Supporting e-sports through MLG my ass, supporting their bank balance only.
Can you perhaps explain why you feel that MLG does not care about the customers? I feel we do everything in our power to ensure that the customers have a good experience when either watching from their homes, or actually attending the events in person, after all, ensuring that our customers are happy is our primary goal. The only way to better our Customer Service is to hear from our customers, so please feel free to PM me with your criticisms or opinions so we can assist you. If you just go on the forums to bash MLG, without providing any explanation, there isn't really anything we can do about it.
Thanks!
I went through a lengthy discussion with the support team, which developed my opinion.
Can you please PM me this discussion? Again, if you don't disclose why you're so upset, we can't do anything about it to fix it, if something should be looked at.
What if it's your responses on the MLG support forum that have exacerbated the issue?
Who is your superior?
I've sent you a PM to further this conversation. Thanks

Correct, you would not be able to purchase a player pass. However, if you end up coming to the event, if there are any passes available, we will be selling them at the door on Friday starting at 10:30 AM.
I would also suggest emailing jnelson@mlgpro.com about this issue, and make sure to include your MLG username.

Please try to purchase your pass as soon as they go on sell and come to Anaheim and show your support for MLG and the North American SC2 scene!
As always, please feel free to ask any questions regarding the event, and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that there are still details to be released, so if the information is not below, it's likely not available yet.
I do not see a HD stream pass listed on MLG site for purchase. Is this a change or am I just not finding it? All I see is the 3 month membership etc. Anyone know where to buy the Raleigh HD stream pass?

The 3 month membership is essentially the HD stream pass (with a ton of other benefits). You get HD streams for all events in the next 3 months

When I click on three month silver pass it says:
Update: Full membership benefits will be made available between 7/5 - 7/22.
So... Those dates are passed. If I buy Silver it will work for current dates because that info is misleading. I dont want to spend money if its not going to work.

I woke up three hours ago. No way I can sleep now I'll just rewatch Boxer vs Rain, that should be about seven hours, right?

I would assume it's in part because Blizzard takes a percentage of the ad revenue relative to the prize money, and i would assume it's on the total prize money (thought about relative to the first place prize and that makes no sense at all hah).
Now, i don't know their budgets and the money they make with online passes and live attendance, but for the online passes, i would guess they don't make that much money off gold passes, seeing as it's valid for a whole year. They probably make most of their money on live attendance and silver passes. And sponsor money too i guess.
