The previous owners that went bankrupt were unable to pay out its 2008 event. Read the history part to know more. Sounds like they want the history and prestige that comes along with ESWC without having to pay for it. Change the name or own up to the commitments ESWC previously made to the players. And all I got from reading that 'history' was: "Hey we had one tough year so we're not paying you guys the prize money lol. But look we'll pay this time. I promise hehehe."

The following GSL players will attend ESWC 2011: Lee "MarineKing" Jung Hoon (Terran) The terran player that ended up three times in the GSL finals, ESWC might be his next one. Jang Min "MC" Chul (Protoss) Considered one of the best players in the world. The two times GSL Champion MC will be back in Europe. Lee Yun "NaDa" Yeol The Genius himself attending ESWC and he's looking for a gold medal. One of these guys isn't a GSL player anymore...

Although I wouldn't mind MKP winning it all either. No MC, his comeback time will come, just not this time
