It's sad that so many good players choose to play terran. GOMtv's product deteriorates the more terrans are in Code S. Too many terrans is killing esports, hopefully he race-switches.

In recent sc:bw history, forGG is by far the best player to switch over and the sc:bw skilllevel rose way beyond the time when Nada, July and Boxer were really dominant.

That was one hell of a star league forGG played. Not only beating Jaedong 3-0 in the Finals, but Flash 3-1 in the Semis. I can't wait to see some of the brutal timing attacks he comes up with! Time to check playxp for replays (with chrome translating) every day until I find some :D

No, but really, this is fucking awesome. I have a new favorite KR player. Sorry Sage haha! Loved ForGG in his bw days, because he made Terran look dangerous whenever he felt like it. I expect levels of timing attack bullshit that will blow peoples minds.

May the khala have mercy upon us all. forGG wasn't known as the best at timing-attacks and called the timing-attacker cuz he abused one maybe slightly overpowered timing attack over and over again, it doesn't work like that, at least it shouldn't. He was so good at it, cuz he always came up with new timings, had excellent preparation and knew when he could go for the attack. 1/1/1 shouldn't even be called a timing-attack, cuz it's more or less a simple all-in. Timing-attacks aren't all-in and they require much more skill to execute and to get the right timing than what we see from the current 1/1/1-build.

After his MSL he was a decent terran but he was just a mid tier performer who was constantly overshadowed by Flash. If he was on any other team but KT I doubt he would have left but leaving Oz + being with Flash + underperformance right before his retirement probably made him retire. He probably dicked around for ~1 year he was probably trying to decide between continuing progaming or going to uni/military but decided that sc2 is too ezpz. I mean really, if July and Nada are doing okay, MVP is a 3 time gsl champion, and zergbong is somehow a nerd baller now, I'm sure forGG is thinking sc2 is going to be easy cash/fame; especially since it seems like timing attacks are super strong in sc2. Effort doing sc2 would have been crazier imo, but still I'd love to see ForGG pwning noobs again.
