Like the head of a hydra, if we strike this thread down, three more will take its place.
Best let the plebes speculate.

@Firepaw - It's pointless and going nowhere. Why don't you throw names in a hat and start picking at them randomly? That will have the same result as this thread. We'll find out in two days. well, for me its always nice to hear others opinion and share my own on a speculating subject. gives you a good feeling if you guess it right
when a thread reaches the point of people posting the same thing over and over, on the level of Spam, then i guess it would be necessary to close the thread, but right now the thread is pretty calm and interesting (atleast for me)

It's Killer/SangHo... He's already in the SlayerS house so either he's joining SlayerS' weak protoss line up, visiting the house or joining EG.

Slayers weak toss lineup?
Does anyone other team have 2 toss in GSL Code-S ? (Puzzle, Brown.)

If they want to get a good following again, Moon would bring that, because just about everyone in the world who isnt a BW elitist knows how amazing Moon is. Hell, for someone who is placing top 3 in the worlds biggest WC3 tournaments, and consistently beating code A/S players in SC2 at the same time, that is amazing, as 99% of SC2 players can't even beat code A players being 100% focused.
But I doubt its Moon. It just makes too much sense. Umm EG has a huge fan base. Idra and huk are two of, if not the, most popular players in the world. Sure there are a fair amount of haters, but you seriously underestimate how popular EG is. Yup, every super popular player has its haters. That was incredibly silly to say that they are hated out a ton because of idra/puma/huk lol. Well, by the sole definition of "popular", Kim Kardashian is popular too. Everyone knows about her in the western world. Doesnt mean everyone likes or respects her. I dont think many people "like" or respect EG at this point, especially when many pro teams like Liquid and Mouz have publicly displayed their dislike by saying things like "I'd NEVER join EG" or just looking at the twitter wars Alex starts. I guess all that matters these days is "press", regardless if it is good or bad press. Yeah because the sole opinion of the community as a whole is contingent on what Team Liquid and Mouz Sports thinks.
Have you even thought out half of what you said? Puma has won NASL back to back, Huk has 4 major tournament wins in the past 9 monthes, and Idra always places if not wins any tournament he participates in. So as far as "likes or respect" go you have it twisted.
Idra alone generates more money through his stream and coaching than almost all professional players salary, same for Huk.
Just because you have subjective feelings about a certain team, and read a blog that TLO posted and got some praise, doesn't justify the objectivity of EG being a non respected or disliked team.
The hard fact is, in all esports EG has always been the best US team and contends with all international teams on a competitive level.

You are ofcourse correct.
But behind Puzzle and Brown they even got Alicia who is a former Code-S and I believe they signed Ven? And they even got a toss named Crank who I saw some good games from in the IGN Teamleague...
I realy wouldnt call that a weak toss lineup.

Really hoping its moon.
But Naniwa was very serious when he said JYP....with something that sounded like a bad follow up lie...so i am expecting JYP, and I'd bet on him if i had to easily.

I think it's almost certain that it's either JYP or Moon. I don't have any information on the subject but these are just the ones that make the most sense right now. JYP is a good player (better than Killer) and teamless, and Moon has loads of potential + he's a wc3 legend.

What EG needs is a top level Zerg for IdrA to train with. IdrA has no zergs in the slayers house and is stuck with ladder. I think that if IdrA is to fix his vP and vT then he needs to do it in teamwork with another zerg that has his perspective, not by working with terrans and protosses who lack insight to the complex nature of Z.

Jinro said in his stream chat once that he would "rather quit SC2" than join EG. I think the fundamental philosophies behind the management of TL and EG are very different, and so there will be disputes between the two sides, naturally, but mostly it's just the fans/fanboys complaining and making a fuss of nothing.
To put it simply; Players stay with teams not just because of the benefits of being in that team, but they have to (to some degree) respect and agree with the way the team is managed and run. If they don't, they probably won't stay there, though i'm certainly not denying that certain players have joined certain teams more for the money than anything else (I'm not alluding to anything specific here, i'm not of the opinion that EG somehow "forced" HuK to join by throwing a bunch of money at him, that's complete nonsense in my opinion)

I wouldn't call it "weak" but it is definitely far out shined by the team's amazing Terrans.

I love Huk, i'll always have a soft spot for Grack. Demuslim was one of my favourite players right from the start. Machine is a cool guy. I want Geoff to win a tournament more than any other player, and Puma is infinitely likeable. Scoots is also a great guy to hear talk about anything. He's so insightful.
But i can't stand EG one bit.
Funny how that works.

By the sounds of it you seem to like EG quite a bit. Funny how logic works.
Personally I can't wait to see IdrA perform in Code S even if he gets smashed. He's my favorite player by far but it's so sad to see him lose to simple mistakes time and time again. One of these days Grack, one of these days. Love EG.
