This always pissed me off about GSL, I buy the package to be spammed commercials while trying to navigate their shitty Gom Player.

However you will get less content for your money and the fact that you'll get everything within 3 days isn't that great either (easy to miss content, which cannot be rewatched without spoilers). All in all... agh, I need to think...

If i watch a 3D movie it costs around 10€ and i only have to watch at max. 2 hours. 20$ for around 20 hours of entertainment, that is ridiculous. Better go and watch Episode 1 in 3D with my favourite character Jar Jar.

In order to turn a profit they would need something like 4000-5000 people to pay for it on the same weekend as assembly and I just cant see that happening. Shipping over all the players, staying at hotels and back again. I think you'll have to think bigger

It's such a good deal - just how poor are you? you've all been spoiled by free, unsustainable, low standard content, says I Way to be a condescending douchebag. I pay for a GSL yearly ticket, and MLG gold. If you look at what they are offering and compare the price to the competitors and what you get for the same amount of money, it's not a good deal imo

Like for instance, Lets say there is a potential for 75,000 viewers or more this tournament . With a price of $20 dollars that could mean only 1% might be even willing to pay that much. Where as lets say the price was $5 dollars for a weekend pass. You might get somewhere around the vicinity of 30-40% actually willing to pay. so if we do some maths 1% of 75000 = 750 ppl, then 750 x 20 = 15000 dollars to be made from this tournament Or 35% of 75000 = 26250 ppl, then 26250 x 5 = 131125 dollars they can make. Conclusion? mlg will make way more money if their fucking product was not so expensive.

It's just $20 for a whole weekend of content guys. You guys spent more than that on far, far less all the time. Do it. Do it for the awesome content, and do it for eSports.
