Also flash is the most humble kid ever. This season when he went like 14-0 before losing his interviews always were "I will work harder; my opponent played well and I got lucky today; luck was on my side; etc etc".

While I am a flash fanboi forever you can't seriously take balance complaints seriously from someone who only played the game for a few weeks or even less.

Great argument, you made a valuably contribution to the discussing, I hope you do not stop breathing for a long time. Honestly, if I do not understand something I cannot talk about how it works. -> If I am not a top-top-top player with all races I should not comment on Balance. Day[9] for example could because he was GM with all 3 races and spends a lot of time on analyzing. I would somewhat respect his opinion on balance but not a one-dimensional progamer that spend half a month on SC2.

If you are winning vs people of lesser skill a lot it doesnt mean the race you play is imbalanced. ^ THIS. FlaSh you got me jacked about SoulKey for sc2...his play this proleague was pretty amazing, I wouldn't be surprised if he makes a splash when he switches.

The game is not at all explored and still people complain about Forcefields. Well guess what, in PvP Archons are becoming very popular because they can break Forcefields. Now ofcourse using a Thor to break Forcefields would be somewhat micro intensive and it is way more easy to whine and say the race that does by far worst in the professional scene has to be the OP race. And Forcefields early in the game? Well, they rely on you messing up your micro/positioning and Protoss very often depends on hitting that one Forcefield in a split second or they are simply dead. So thank you Flash for finally killing my fanboyism that has built up over the last 8 months or so. Can concentrate on fanboying HuK and MMA now. MMA who has been complaing about protoss more than most? You should probably not fanboy him either then?

Also, you got medivacs If you play Bio, they can pick up units so that the Forcefields end up hurting the Protoss, I have seen that used a lot a couple of months back, then people stopped doing it because they focused on whining about OP. Also -> EMP

Sides all balance is gonna get ******d when HotS comes out anyway x.x Except these are pro gamers who can't and shouldn't wait that long cause you know, their livelihood kinda depends on it

On another note, i do understand where it comes from. Transitioning from BW and the ways the MU´s work there often means sc2 stuff appears strange up to "obvious op" to you. Before i played sc2 i imagined immortals would be OP vs T for the way the MU worked in bw times. Just giving an example, of how strange some units and abilities must appear when you are not yet used to the game. On the other hand flash is yet better in sc2, then i will ever be, so who knows (; I think Flash is a pretty smart guy and he was just talking about the game in general way in a relaxed situation. So he was not giving an official statement about the balance of some specific race but just some random talk instead from a perspective of a new player. And so much of what was said is lost in the translation anyway. So please don't attribute any balance whine threads to Flash just yet.

And the whole idea of "pro players should never comment on balance" is silly. If the size of goal posts were doubled you think we won't hear goalkeepers whining about it?

I still wait for the day when people start to realize how unimportant ladderranks are. Also he is one player who has spent the little games he has played in sc2 with terran. He is as much wrong in judging balance as everyone else on this forum.

The guy can go marine-marauder like a God against terran mech but vs The Protoss LoLball he just rolls over and dies.
