No worries dude the curse doesn't continue in sc2 . I bet winning the osl in sc2 isn't the same as winning an osl in broodwar. Memories of xellos thanking his mom and bursting in to tears after winning the olympus 2003 osl and ggplay making a come back from iris daum osl 2007 . You can't take away the memories no matter how much people try to kill the existence of your favourite past time.

Exciting but its a shame that they have to play against current GSL players now. Like it probably means MKP or DRG is going to win the next OSL. Hopefully the BW players are ready.

It's quite amazing that the OSL (okay, its SC2 clone) would now be open to the world so much. I mean, it's the OSL. How many foreigners have even imagined they could be in an OSL qualifier, like ever.
It's not really the OSL though. They can try to dress it that way all they want. It's completely different game. -_-
The real kicker is the separate qualifier for KeSPA players as well. We knew something like that would happen because lets face it. Those guys aren't up to snuff yet. -_-

They should have waited for HotS to help bridge the gap. If everything were to stand still in time it would take several more months for these players to even catch up.

Hopefully the BW players are ready. MKP never even won a GSL, why are you so sure that he will take the OSL? He also was the big favourite to win last season, but dropped out in the Ro16. This is OSL, not MLG - it's really unlikely that two players will just completely dominate this tournament.

When is July going to enlist? Wasn't there talk about how he would go soon or something? Anyway, this is your last call July, win this thaaaaang! ^___^

How many foreigners have even imagined they could be in an OSL qualifier, like ever. There have been plenty of foreigners in an OSL qualifier it is not a new thing. In recent years maybe you haven't seen it often, but that has nothing to do with not opening up and has only been related to skill levels.

I feel like they should of waited a season in OSL before inviting gom players. Its just going to be a steamroll because BW pros are not in proper form yet. This will probably just be a stomp by gsl gom players with the occasional upset by BW players.

Awesome. We need to start a list of foreigners that have signed up. This should be awesome.

I disagree. I think that the GOM players will steamroll, but if the KeSpa players can play, let them face the power and learn from it. It gives them something to really work and strive for. I think it will be cool to see.

Effort will take this OSL you heard it here first .
