Major has wasted every opportunity he's gotten with his piss poor attitude amongst other things. He barely put any effort into his application anyway so how can one expect that he would somehow be given a chance with his extremely poor record when given chances?
If you apply for a job and have great credentials yet only put down your name and one other fact about you on your application (Major) and some other guy with a worse resume puts a lot of work into his application (DesRow), the guy with the better application is going to get the job. I dont think Major shouldve been invited and I dont know why he would apply because im almost positive they said you had to pay to get there.

Just because something is open for anyone to try, it doesn't mean they're not gonna pick the most qualified. If there's a talent show, sure you can audition but if you suck, they're gonna pick the people who suck less.
No offense of course, I dont actually know you or if you suck :D
Didn't actully meant i wanted to try, i'm playing this game for 2 months now and i'm low master so i wouldn't, but i think would've been nice to give some high master or low gm a chance, wich put a lot effort in it, picking someone up who is already at a high lvl is easy. Don't wanna say these 3 don't deserve it, still this choice looks like, they never planed to pick someone, who is new to progaming.
desrow is a high masters low gm player... derp @ hypocracy

we must be the only 2 people who read that last part "WE WILL CHOOSE THE BEST PLAYERS AT THIS MOMENT." How can anyone be surprised these 3 got picked after clearly stating the above?

Yes, but is he still not considered up and coming? Maybe so, maybe not, but it's a great oppertunity to figure that out after this house experience. Plus I've heard the GOM house wasn't the best environment for him to really improve his gameplay, only in the stance that he got to play on the korean server and got a hint of what a partial team house is like. Maybe now he can take full advantage of this experience without any financial worries and a house that actually has rules on the starcraft side.
Also I wouldn't say he's in the same place, he is BY far a better player than when he left for korea, it's just the community/competition as a whole has grown tremendously.

IDK why you keep trying to be pro, i think it's time to move on dude, you have tried korea, you have tried getting coached by maximus black, and now you're trying MoW? It's not going to work, stop wasting a spot just because you want to selfishly follow your unachievable dream.
I was hoping people who aren't already supported by teams or sponsors would get into this house. What was the point of saying it does't matter who you are because it's all about ambition, when only pros were chosen?

IDK why you care so much about the life decisions of another person who you do not even know. I think it's time to move on dude, you've been posting on TL, using the forums, and now you're bashing a pro player? It's not going to work, stop wasting a post just because you want to selfishly bash another person's life decisions.

Okay, but they still said it. That at least implies they would pick up at least one team/sponsor-less individual without a boost. All those people who made videos thought they actually had a chance, and the videos probably didn't even matter at the end.

Haters gunna hate. And, desRow coached Maximus, not the other way round. Also, its not your decision to make, you have your own life to ru(i)n

Desrow coached Maximus, you've got it backwards. And do you think he's actually going to listen to you? "Oh, some guy called Lineridarz on the TL forums says I should completely change my life. I guess Ill listen to him, since he knows my current state of mind and situation much better than I do." Not gunna work.
