Seems like a way to try to train as hard as koreans, without doing so, and against lesser players and on EU ladder and with lots of streaming....
I like the idea, but it seems there is flaws. Maybe it's just me.

MoW is not perfect , but is not evil also . They offered him money back.. he dont take it..and he just killed his pro gamer carrer. Seriously... I am losing so much respect for certain nationalists. This thread is showing quite a few eye opening things. Okay, so any Polish guy who thinks Fuzer is not right is a nationalist? Right. There is no chance he just has different point of view - if MoW was not in Poland, he would surely be the first to cast a stone at it. In my opinion, the are two ways MoW can somewhat get away with it: - apologize Fuzer, give him back to money, claim their policy was not fair, change their boss and start from scratch; - reveal the contract, become as transparent as possible, to prove that it is Fuzer who was wrong. If they don't, I believe they will slowly sink, and, to be honest, it would be absolutely deserved. Even if contract was "normal" without 10 year things of no competition they still should have paid him his money after they couldn't come to agreement. Doesn't matter what contract was we all know they couldn't agree on it,it happens all the time, not everyone always agrees.

Form where I work If someone wants to move out of our apartment buildings they need to give us 60 day notice. Even if they want to leave within the next 2 weeks they still need to pay for the full 60 days. Since Fuzer (tenant) and MoW (landlord) knew that he was going to stay their for 3 months then he needs to pay what they assigned for. Its a shame that people cant get their money back but the tenant is legally obligated to pay for the amount they set on.

You are thinking of a set year rate. I have live/worked at a lot of apartment/renters places, I feel that I have a bit of insight on how it works. Edit: Spelling

Guess you people don't care if the community becomes known more for drama than anything else. As for me, it's Starcraft 2 that I care about .

Not because they have read anything or have any insight, just because they like their pitchforks. Comprehensive reading fails. What is this with the cuttings from streaming revenue? WHAT IS THIS, BURN THEM! And it turns out there is the possibility it could be profit for both sides overall... who cares, where is my pitchfork. Why read more then the first 2 pages of a thread, or even browse some pages in the middle.. I already have my opinion. Seriously, none has any true insight. Totally blown out of proportion. People TOTALLY need to stop that and wait a couple of hours before posting. And even then they should overthink if it might be possible that their own insight is... well, that they have no clue what is going on exactly. Might turn out it is no biggy. Well, guess that is not as funny as pitchforks.

And then they jump right in to interviews with two pros saying how the computers are good and how they are preparing for tournaments, what that has to do with anything? Seriously, if you have the money to make a project like this you should get a new PR ASAP.

But it isnt, jumping a bandwagon isnt something new. It is a total mess, any valid information is hidden between posts making assumptions. If you read my post carefully you get a hint what posts I could be pointing at (they take my stream money). Yet I am just saying not everything is black or white, and starting the hate before a couple of hours passed arent doing any good. Never. Your post doesnt make you look smart or anything, just putting oil in fire.

But first, everything is invested into the house, upcoming events and plans to improve this house even more in the future. Second, some people don't have a partnership with twitch yet, which wouldn't make them able to get revenues and third due to the direct partnership with MoW-Twitch partnership the players still make more money including the cuts than with a regular twitch partnership. Also the facts about streaming-amount is incomplete. If people have important tournaments come up, they of course don't have to stream the regular amount of hours (it's all stated in the contract, but i'm not allowed to go into further details). When the first players like Snute and Cytoplasm came to this house, we all talked about this kind of stuff and we worked hand in hand to make this contract player-friendly but at the same time benefical for this house. Why is there a required streaming clause in the first place? Why is there 10 years non-compete clause? Why are above two disclosed only after a player gets to see his contract? (And in case of Fuzer, only after a player moves in) Was Fuzer lying about practice schedule? Are coaches, physchologists and massagist available to players? Why is food so shitty, while what advertised was a specifically designed diet? Why was Fuzer not allowed to consult details of contract with his lawyer? You had no legal grounds to ask for lawyers license. I would really like to see those questions answered. From the "Boss" or MoW official.

As for me, it's Starcraft 2 that I care about . Issue isn't really 'done.' Fuzer released it to the public and MoW had to respond. Publically. Not the community's fault when someone air's their dirty laundry into a forum that likes drama -- and when Fuzer made this thread "expressly" to get his money back, he used the community to rally support, i.e. people who will form an opinion, plant a flag on either side then argue with the opposing view point. It's what forums do, and that was the intent: to blow this "out of proportion," giving MoW bad press, placing an incentive to give the money back or they'd fall further from the community's grace.
