LOl you got some problems you know that ? , you wanna INVESTIGATION some person life , because some players write UNPROVED information.. ? go to doctor.. or something.
pallad is Boss, pretty sure, with that kind of english.
What other leanguage you speak or write ? english for sure , and another one ? I just wonder if people like you gonna apology for the accusations the "boss" if this all is not true.. , or you just gonna go write shits in another topic ..
I ain't gonna apologize for anything kid, and ill continue to accuse Boss, till he comes out and says something. We don't need no official statement of BS, Boss should grow a pair of balls and explain why he did Fuzer that way.
Hahah and who act like kid..you gonna still accuse Boss and you dont even know that Fuzer story is true.. really adult way of thinking. GZ
And why would Fuzer lie about this?
I dont say he lie. We dont know shit.. for now.. but Destiny already read the contract and he say or write THAT YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER house , but you cant open your own house and coach there other people for 10 years.
Maby fuzer read bad or i dont know what.. , but this is first point where Fuzers post is wrong or he lie.
Isn't that based on the assumption that all of their contracts are very similar/clones? As many people have stated, depending on who you are, your contract may be different from others.

I think this whole situation sucks but just wanted to point out that you obviously know nothing about non-compete clauses, MANY do exist after the length of the contract, it's a pretty regular thing.

Hope this wont happen more since mow is a really great place to be right now with lots of good players and great enviorment to improve
Well SjoW if you consider joining MoW. Just check the contract really well before signing which i think you will do. And make sure that it's all legal. Like Fuzer did perhaps let a lawyer check it for you? And see the respond from MoW what they think about it. Because if they hide something it's good that it gets out to the public.
I think fuzer was shown the contract like 1 month after his stay and he never got a copy of it, because they were only willing to give it to lawyer who would first have to proof that he is lawyer. And then they just said "sign it or get out" before any lawyer could see it. And obviously they should have mentioned this 150hours streaming shit before he joined the house and if they say they that 600euros includes food, it should mean recommended daily intake which is ~2000 kilo calories.

When I was first contacted by MoW, my very first action was to request a contract and read through all of the fine terms.
As for the "not allowed to stay at another house in 10 years," that's not true, you're just not allowed to start your own team house in 10 years. It's kind of strange, maybe, for the e-sports world, but that's a pretty standard non-competition clause from the business world. It's meant to protect businesses from revealing practices to an employee and then having that employee run off to start their own business to compete using everything they learned from that previous business. Not saying it's right or wrong in this circumstance, just giving some background.
Yeah, there are some other clauses. Financial compensation they want, minimum number of stream hours, etc...etc...But to complain about all of these after the fact..? I can't understand why anyone would move to a house and not read the contract first, seems kind of strange.
You're missing the important part where he's paid a months rent without signing a contract and has been asked to leave.
This is going to sound incredibly dickish, and it definitely doesn't excuse MoW from acting dickish, but there's nothing to keep them from keeping the money.
You never, ever, ever, ever, ever give someone money without signing a contract first or at least asking for a receipt.

This rubs me the wrong way too. It's like asking for tips when service charge was already included in the bill.

thats the best thing on it ^^
Destiny already clarified that... It's a non-competition clause for not running a team house for 10 years. You can live anywhere you please. Fuzer probably misunderstood due to English not being his first language.
Im not saying I readed it wrong. But because of these things I wanted my lawyer to see it...
Can you clarify when you first received the contract? What did you agree on when you payed the money?
I got the contract first time after 3 weeks or something. We agreed that I come to the house and practice, I payed the first month when I arrived with cash, and second month after 3 weeks with cash.
Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the timeline.
You arrived in Poland and payed the first month. Three weeks after that you payed the seconds month. Around this time you received the contract for signing. (Q: When exactly? Before or after paying for the second month? If before, how much before?) One week into the second month you were kicked out of the house? (Q2: I'm not sure I'm getting this right, but 2 weeks passed between you getting the contract and Boss telling you you had to leave? That sounds like a lot of time. Q3: How much time did Boss give you to leave? Was it a day, a week or did he give you a time when he handed you the contract?)

So you were there for almost 2 months? The plot thickens!

Perfectly possible for the house (as in the building) to be amazing but the boss behind it to be an unreasonable unprofessional douche.
And from where you know that ? You met him ? , or you just read one post here..?
One post here is all we need to see the true colors of Boss. Why not treat everyplayer paying him 600 EUro to stay there, with the same respect? Instead they rip of Fuzer, don't feed him and try to take advantage of him. I always knew eastern Europeans were shady
That's really fucking offensive. MoW is a company, a shady company maybe, there are many organisations who take advantage of people and situations in bad ways, but this has nothing to do with nationality. Lol, and people in the so called "west" are supposed to be "tolerant" and against stuff like "racism"
I agree it's offensive and he's a dick for saying it, but don't generalise "the west" based of one guy like you shouldn't generalise "eastern europe" based on one group.
On top of this, 10 years is an insanely long time even for a business contract designed to prevent instant future competitors. Yeah, these kinds of clauses are often included, but ten years is an extremely long time. Theoretically we'll be years into Legacy of the Void by then and who knows how esports or SC2 as an esport will even be thriving. 3 years might be a reasonable request, 10 years in the world of esports is saying you'd better hope this grows bigger or as big as BW if you ever want to start a pro-house or coach in one after coming here.
