I wanted to retain all bias from the situation until they released their statement, but god, that was some yahoonews bullshit. And TL IS the SC2 news hub. It SHOULD be released here first if they have an inkling of what good PR means

Pretty sure the Boss of MoW is actually the human incarnation of the Simpsons Monorail guy.

Krupowies showed ESFI a Skype log that had him offering Fuzer the refund of the second month’s fee, but that Fuzer declined to accept it. That is the probably the only information given in that whole statement that has to do with this and there isn't even a chat log to back up what he is saying.

It seems like that'd be fair evidence to post, although maybe not? I'm not an expert on the legality side of showing evidence like that or what else it might reveal.

[11.9.2012 12:42:06] Boss: If not - read the contract again [11.9.2012 12:42:08] Samuli "Fuzer" Romppanen: well [11.9.2012 12:42:11] Samuli "Fuzer" Romppanen: as you said i didnt sign it [11.9.2012 12:42:17] Boss: So I don't have your money [11.9.2012 12:42:32] Boss: Do you have any confirmation? [11.9.2012 12:42:41] Boss: No. So now you see my situation when you don't sign the contract. When I wrote to my facebook page that they stole my money, right away the boss asked about my bank account, but anyways I decided to tell the story. I know I may lose the money but atleast I can do something for esports and reveal some things aren't as nice as you may think.

Shoddy organisation is shoddy. What are you on about? Desrow specifically comments on Fuzer's description of the contract. According to current MoW house resident desRow, Fuzer's description of certain details of the contract, including a 10-year non-compete clause and streaming quotas, are accurate. “The prohibition of competition page is a bit sketchy, but I think it just needs to be reworded,” he said

Fuzer paid to MoW 5,000 Polish Zloty (about 1,200 euros - the fee for a two-month stay at the MoW house). Krupowies showed ESFI a Skype log that had him offering Fuzer the refund of the second month’s fee, but that Fuzer declined to accept it. When asked if there is a general rule in place about players moving into the house before their signing of the contract, Krupowies responded, "Most of the players receive the contract before they arrive. For some players, we are offering different conditions in the contract. We hadn’t signed the contract with Fuzer before he arrived, and this is undoubtedly a mistake that can't be repeated again.” I'd like to see this Skype log. It is baffling that it wouldn't be included in the article by ESFI if it was sent to ESFI. Why hide this information? If it is true then it shows that Fuzer wanted to live in the house without agreeing to the contract and rules established by MoW management. Fuzer shouldn't be reimbursed for the month he did stay there but for the month he didn't. If he wanted the full amount returned, then I can only blame him for this situation.
