Main Team 3 Bbyong 3 Best 9 Fantasy (captain) 3 Hydra 3 Light 5 soO 4 [tlpd#teams##sc2-korean]SK Telecom T1[/tlpd] Anti Team 2 hOpe 6 JangBi 5 Stork Pretty much gambling on samsung khan being a trainwreck again this round for my anti. Fanta and skt are easy choices that I'm sure will bring me big points. Hydra, best, light and bbyong are all undervalued at 3 pts imo. I had last instead of light at first but everyone and their mother seems to be hyping him so what the hell. I considered dear + revival instead of soo + best but first of all, I think skt will dominate this round with rain+fanta combo, which means plenty of team win points. Moreover, Revival is a starter this week (albeit against flash) but I wonder how much playtime he'll get since EG-TL is so stacked, especially after stephano arrives and with only 4 players per set in WL, so I think the skt pair is a better choice.

What do you guys think is better? Jaedong has Up&Down matches shortly after the match against KT so I'm not sure if he'll play since he isn't starting like Flash and he'll be in Vegas for the second match so he's out of the question for that. hyvaa is not that good and STX is playing SKT and KT, I think they'll lose both matches. Jangbi and Stork both went something like 3-3 last round, not sure if that's bad enough to make choosing them a bad idea. And you basically rely on Khan being terrible again, which doesn't seem to be much of a stretch. I'll probably keep hOpe in any case.

Jangbi has been playing pretty good considering he was practicing BW for the longest period. I haven't seen all his games, but his games weren't necessarily bad lost. His multitasking was pretty good. I wouldn't bet against him, although it's an All-Kill format (different from practice).

Main Team 5 Dear 8 herO[jOin] (captain) 3 Hydra 3 Light 1 Mini 6 Wooki 4 SK Telecom T1 Anti Team 3 Hitman 5 hOn_sin 5 ZerO For the anti team I feel like Hitman is never going to be played (Only 4 players MAXIMUM fielded per match) by KT and he was way to high at 3 with his winrate. I felt ZerO and hOn_sin had low enough winrates for their point values enough to also be put. Was thinking of risking Bogus but wasn't worth it as he probably will have a lot of games played. Was considering Shine on antiteam but he was only worth 2. For my main team I basically tried getting the most point-efficient people, from a spread of teams and also players who actually will be sent out.

Main Team 3 Light 1 Mini 3 Revival 4 Speed (captain) 9 TaeJa 6 Wooki 4 Anti Team 2 Huk 4 hyvaa 7 Jaedong Been tinkering with it for a while based on observations of better players in this thread, and I am happy with my team right now. Picked SKT for 2 reasons, 1 is they are really cheap considering the lineup they have, and 2 they have boxer for coach. Light - rumoured to be a beast Mini - code A for 1 point, yes please Revival - with JD being absent for SKT and focused on up and downs GSL he is the Zerg in EGTL (also IPTL) Speed - wrecked my anti team last season, started following him and I really like him now Taeja - very streaky player, one of my favourites on my favourite team Wooki - KT points, very good Anti: Huk - won't play, EGTL have tough matchups W1 and W2 hyaa - STX have tough matchups W1 and W2 Jaedong - JD is absent for SKT and focused on up and downs GSL for KT, also 7 points, can be traded later

His multitasking was pretty good. I wouldn't bet against him, although it's an All-Kill format (different from practice). I think most people's impression of Jangbi is that he's not worth 6 points, for a 3-3 record. He is the best protoss on KHAN though, and did play an ace match against herO[jOin] (and win); I think jangbi and Roro both have the potential to put on a streak and win 3-4 games, but just as well no one would be surprised if KHAN were to lose an individual match 0-4. WIth weak 1 matches againstwoongjin and T8, I wouldn't be surprised if he ruins a LOT of anti teams. Personally went with stats on my anti- for big ticket. He only played on Ohana in the last round, yet KT is starting Flash over him on that map against TL-EG? He's overvalued for a sniper, if that even is what you call him. Wooki played a variety of maps last round, and won all of his PvP's; I expect him to come out more than stats does, and I expect Flash to go on streaks and stomp faces, so hopefully I just end up picking up points for the KT team wins, and stats never needs to play.

I'm seeing teams with two EG-TL players on Main and then another two EG-TL players on Anti and I'm just having a hard time understanding why that seems like a good idea. In other news, I tweaked my team around a little....still got 12 hours to fuss over it too. RIP TSL Main Team 5 Dear 9 Fantasy (captain) 3 Last 1 Leta 3 sKyHigh 5 soO 4 SK Telecom T1 Anti Team 5 JYP 3 Zenio 5 ZerO Dear - One of STX's big hitters. I'm still a believer of SouL and Dear/Last is a VERY strong combo, especially in an all-kill format. They also have a strong back-up cast and I'm expecting good things from STX this round, I worked really hard to keep Dear on my FPL team, he was a very good investment last round. Fantasy - As one of two aces on an extremely stacked (and undervalued right now) SKT team, he's the obvious choice of heavy hitter given how expensive Rain is. I picked him last round and he brought me good points, I'm expecting it to continue. Last - The other part of my STX Wombo-Combo that I'm hoping for. OSL Semi-Finalist for 3 points? I'll take it. Leta - The only member of my team I'm not all that excited about. I love Leta, and I HOPE he's rapidly improving in the CJ house, but he's really only here because my dream-team puts a 2-pointer in this slot and that puts me one point too high. I'd much rather have ParalyzE the Afro-Toss here, but I'm just not willing to compromise the rest of my roster for it. sKyHigh - I keep flip-flopping back and forth on this one. I'm a huge sKyHigh fan-boy and it IS Winner's League, where the sKy rises....but Bbyong also for 3 points is such a good pick as well. I'm probably going to flip a coin and come back to this, but I've got good faith in Jo Byung Se soO - SKT Zerg line, my captain the past two FPL seasons, and an absolute beast. I felt he really performed well last round play-wise and some unfortunate losses lowered his value this round. I'm expecting to see a lot of him. Team - SKT1 - At 4 Points, SKT is the obvious choice for a team with a high-point captain. I entertained the idea of running a team using Stats/KT Rolster (same point value) but Action and Wooki being as pricy as they are left that slightly out of reach. ANTI ANTI ANTI JYP - Most people think picking JYP would be very silly for anti, and I agree. Given that they play SKT and KT first round though, and JYP is going up against Fantasy in an opener, I'm banking on JYP getting smashed both games, EGL losing, and then trading him away for someone less threatening. Zenio - Not sold on this one, placeholder, still thinking. ZerO - I'm not a fan of WJS, and I don't think ZerO is as influential in their line-up as hOn_Sin is for the same point value given that they have Soulkey. Also not sold on this one, anti picking is REALLY hard this round.

Main Team 3 Bbyong 2 Flying 3 Last 3 Light 6 RorO 8 Soulkey (captain) 5 Woongjin Stars Anti Team 3 Hitman 7 Jaedong 3 Motive Changed my anti. I'd rather have 1 good player on a very stacked team combined with 2 no-shows than both Stork and SoO who are guaranteed to play for their teams and just might do well. Jaedong seems very snipeable as well and the mappool isn't very Zerg friendly. Still contemplating switching out Woongjin and Flying for SKT and Revival. I feel Woongjin and SKT are intertradeable, but Woongjin has easier opponents round 1. I'm pretty sure Revival will get more play time than Flying, but his current skill level is completely unclear to me. PS. Can't trade Flying because I need a Toss, sweet :D

Main Team 9 Fantasy (captain) 3 Light 1 MyuNgSiK 1 PenguiN 8 Shy 4 Speed 4 SK Telecom T1 Anti Team 4 hyvaa 5 Stork 4 Trap Starting with team, I think SKT1 can do some serious damage this round, and for 4 points I think they might turn out to be better pick than KT for 6. As for players I went with Fantasy as captain since he was really good in previous round in all matchups, and for 9 points he was the best deal (I also considered Taeja cause he's key player for his team for 9 points as well, but decided to roll with Fantasy in the end). I also picked Shy, as he was one of the top players in previous round as well, and I hope he'll do some serious damage. Then come Speed and Light who are promising enough, and both are starters in the first round, against opponents they have very good chance at beating, afterwards they might be good trade material. I also considered Revival since many people claim he's a good deal for 3 points, but seeing as his 1st game is against Flash, and in 2nd his team goes against SKT1 I think he might be good player to trade for after week 1. Last two guys are 1 point fillers from KT for a few extra points. Regarding anti-team, those guys seemed like a good choice, for reasons stated in this topic many times.
