According to Aligulac, his overall performance has definitely been better.
But I think it's hard to tell, because Huk has mainly been in Korea, while Naniwa has been in Europe. So there has been little overlap to make a solid comparison between those two (at least in the recent past). I expect any player to take games of the other provided that he has a good day.
The Proleague line-ups for Round 4 have been released and Naniwa isn't on any of them, so it seems very unlikely that he'll be on any of the Proleague teams (including EGTL). If he's been signed for a week or two, then I'd guess the team would have put him on the line-up and done an announcement by now. Looking a lot less like EG or TL.
Isn't there a 'timeframe' where you can be on the team but you can't play? Just like Parting.
No, that was because of the ESF/KeSPA no trade agreement needing to end before PartinG could play for a KeSPA team in Proleague.
Naniwa didn't get seed after seed... He got a seed, place in the ro8, which qualified him for the next code s, and then repeated that. His third season in code s he dropped out in the ro32.

not really. Parting wasnt with Startale when SKT1 got him. so the trade agreement didnt matter.
they just agreed 2 not let him play in Proleague till Hots.

He got seed after seed before Code S seed. He got a seed from MLG for Code A in GSL August, GSL October and GSL November, dropped out everytime 0-2 and then got a Code S seed in 2012 GSL Season 2.
Don't know if this is relevant, but Swedish Dota 2 team "no tidehunter" is also announcing their new sponsor very very soon. People have been rumoring it might be NiP, but in a recent interview one of their players got asked whether it is NiP or EG and he only said it would not be NiP.

i think he is the best foreigner out there, when you take pure results in the consideration. if you factor in the state of Wings back then, it's even bigger accomplishment what he did in Korea. personally, i admire his commitment and mentality about being the best above all else, but sadly many people only look at his personality.

Well well well, what do we have here...interesting turn of events. EG or TL...hmm...
TL only gets nice people and koreans. He doesn't fit at all, so I'd guess EG. But since it's a partnership house it might be any other foreign team.
Well, we will see. I remember that before Idra signed with EG he has talked on various occasions about how he was offered TL and EG at the time, and he was well known for his attitude, so I don't count anything out. =)
Also it seems like all the "lolz TL will never allow him on their team" people also have forgotten how people viewed Huk when he first joined the team. (a hint: it had many similarities to Naniwa at the time). Naniwa to TL is quite unlikely but it's not impossible.
