If you look at scarlett at tournaments, she has a really terrible posture, sometimes she sits with her foot resting on her chair. And while she could get away with it when she was just a casual fan and played 3-4 hours a day, sitting the way she does for 12 hours a day makes the issue worse. like someone else said, pro teams should invest a few bones into teaching their players proper ergonomic positions and make them exercise physically. | ||

Do you really believe its about the hardware or more specific, the computer hardware instead of the "human hardware". I don't think so. I've played all my life, pretty much 10+ hours in my youth, not a single problem. Also most people tend to think that wrist pain comes from the wrists, which isn't true in I would dare to say at least 50% of the cases. My friend for example has numb wrists and pain in his hand/fingers, but its origin of that problem is the shoulder. | ||
