In the sports I follow its considered foul play to contact a player who is under contract with another team, I don´t think its some Korean thing to consider that dirty.

Arranging a deal with a different team in the middle of a running contract could disrupt the player's performance and motivation for the rest of his current contract period, or even lead to a situation where the player can effectively blackmail his current club to release him for a low/no fee because he no longer wants to play for them. It could also lead to a conflict of interest if the player had to play against the club he made a deal with for the duration of his contract. Even if the player has no conscious intent of playing dirty in any way, it can still affect his performance negatively, thus reducing his contribution and value to the team that's still paying his wages. It makes sense if you think about it, especially in the kind of profession where there forcing a player to perform to the best of his perceived ability is impossible, and where player psychology and motivation counts for a lot of his performance.

Just look at football, every player of name switches team while the current contract still lasts..

That's not what he meant. In this cases, the new team contacts the former team first, not directly the player. Officially.

Yes, but the teams contact each other first here. Big difference. Whenever a player is approached by a team, this mostly leads to drama and the transfer not happening (at least not at that moment).
