Casting their league without permission, when they'd already hired English casters, then asking for a job the following season? Not surprised they'd say no.
"Also, Hong "Yellow" Jin-Ho (ex-KT) and Park "Reach" Jung-Suk (ex-KT) holds the record for longest participation in Proleague with 8 years, 3 months, and 29 days." Very impressive imo. Hope the new PL can live up to the old one(in terms of old SCII PL I mean). Maybe less PvP though lol

So I wrote a script to try to match the names with IDs and TLPD id numbers, and then went through by hand to clean up things like players with the same name and names that weren't matched by my spider.
Be warned, I did this pretty quickly, so it's very possible there are still errors. But hopefully someone will find it useful.
this is awesome!
but can this be true? according to your spreadsheet boxer has 56 wins and 70 loses in his pro league history. can this be correct?
edit: okay i cross checked very quickly with TLPD and it seems correct. why did the king has negative pro league statistics? edit2: okay, most of his losses are from 2006 on. and he had his prime before that.. makes sense.

Because Boxer was only successful at the very beginning, back when the professional scene was still developing, when players could only dream of a infrastructure we currently have and had to wear funny looking spacesuits in hope of attracting more viewers.
