Probably if 6 players are fielded, but if only 4 are sent out (such as in All-kill format), we might not even see him as a consistent starter. Last year's Proleague rookie of the year and winning record holder despite always playing the toughest competition definitely gives him the credentials to be a consistent starter, but it depends on if the IM coach would prefer to start players he's more familiar with

Also, maru and soulkey are both much more accomplished players than dear.. How many ro8+ finishes in a row does soulkey have? 7 or something? Maru has like what, 4/5 semi final appearances in a row? Compared to trap's one semifinal and one quarterfinal appearance. He may be a monster at pvz and very competent in the other matchups as well, but he's certainly never been the favorite for a tournament like maru or soulkey.

And that's assuming IM only wants to send out only 1 Terran and 1 Zerg. Looking at the Protoss lineup, they have Squirtle, Trap, First and Yonghwa, which is certainly not unimaginable that Hero might not get started. And like StarVe mentioned: IM Coach sends out whoever he wants.

Happy to see this. Yeah agree. I'm loving these changes, was kinda hoping for another Terran on IM (or Zerg, as NesTea/ByuL is pretty weak) - but eh, Trap-card is solid.

Right now they will be worse than EGTL was last year it is kind of depressing. At least before they had Maru who they could count on for some wins. Now they don't even have one guy they can really rely on. Even EGTL had Hero.
