I mean I'm sure Bitter knows what dollar amount is worth it to him to make such a change, and made it. But it sure does seem like a downgrade job in every other way, just not in paycheque. Now Red Bull treats their people well, I'm sure it will be a great experience and wish Bitter the best of luck. It's too bad he has chosen to be less important, I wonder who NASL will replace him with? How can you know that he will be less important? He may be less visible to the community, but that does not mean much.

So he will probably make more money, working for a company with a good reputation who will likely treat him well, and this is a terrible long-term decision? Because it makes him less important on Reddit?

I'm confused by this. Utterly confused... He worked a lot "behind the scenes" at NASL so I guess he will do the same at Redbull.

It's no secret that you need passion to continue to work in the SC2 industry. I recall Khaldor saying that if he wanted a higher pay, he'd leave SC2 pronto. Axslav said that just casting doesn't really help make ends meets as well.
