We already had that 3 times, real HerO is 3-0 against fake herO :D

TB, how soon after the event are the VODs likely to be up?
Also, thank you for being so awesome. I'm fairly new to SC2 and your shoutcraft clan wars were a great introduction for me. Learned a lot about the game and saw some really fun matches.

Here's what we wanna do, rerun and complete the broadcast before Homestory Cup Day 2 starts, which would be at 2pm CST. So the show will probably be about 5 hours tonight give or take, we'll target the broadcast for about 8am CST, to wrap up just before HSC begins to prevent overlap.
I've never done a rebroadcast via Twitch before and since I'm gonna be asleep, if anything goes wrong, I can't do jack about it, but I figure it's better than not having anything at all for the Europeans other than waiting for the vods or subbing to the channel to watch the raw twitch vod.
Will there be VODs as well?

There's no point watching the play-off from the vod if you got a glimpse of the grand final vod name and saw who's gonna be in it. I'll keep them all spoiler free. The only ones I'm going to put names on are the initial matchs of each group, everything else will be described as "Group Stage Winners Match, Group Stage Losers Match, Group Stage Losers Final, Semi Final A, Semi Final B, Bronze Match and Grand Final". All series will be an all-in one VoD and will include anti-spoiler filler material where necessary to pad the video length out.

Even his quote has TB saying there will be VODS

I can't really give a guarantee. The process goes something like this.
1) VoDs are exported raw to Youtube 2) VoDs are downloaded from Youtube as mp4 3) VoDs are cut, removing breaks. Anti-spoiler is added where necessary 4) VoDs are re-encoded 5) VoDs are reuploaded 6) VoDs must then process on Youtube.
The time this can take varies wildly. Sometimes we can do it in an hour or two. Sometimes the processing gets stuck and takes forever.
Uncut vods will be available immediately for Twitch subscribers.

So what's the word, we doing an LR thread for this or sticking with this one? Who is usually responsible for that?

Okay, it's got to be connected but as nobody has remarked on it in the thread before that I saw...Is this the reason the Team Liquid logo has been wearing the hat?

I believe someone inquired about that somewhere (might have been a different thread). I think it is just to show support for TB overall, since he's also going through some pretty rough health issues (see link).

Just curious, why do you need steps 1 and 2? Your broadcasting software should be able to save a local copy of your stream in mp4 format, so you can begin cutting immediately once the live stream ends. Also re-encoding (step 4) shouldn't be necessary unless you need better granularity than 2 second keyframes or you're doing more than just cutting.
