Today, we’re very happy to welcome a new player to the Solaris Gaming family. After having trained along side our players for a few weeks, we knew that Adam “Trace” Kasparoff was the perfect fit for our team. In the past month, he has improved drastically, shooting all the way up to rank 3 on the North American server.
Trace made his debut for Solaris Gaming (with Solaris-Flipside) today, as we took on RuW. He managed to take out Syz, a top European Zerg, and showed great play throughout. We hope you join us in welcoming Trace and support him in the future!
Statement from Solaris Gaming owner Jason Pun
Adam approached me when the team first started out and at the time, his skill level wasn’t quite up to the standards I had set for the team. Several months have passed and I decided to give him another shot. Having seen him play on several occasions and having spoken to him at length, it was evident that a lot had changed. Trace is driven and is willing to work hard to improve, qualities which I expect out of every player on our roster. I am very happy about this addition and I hope you support him in the future!
Statement from Adam “Trace” Kasparoff
I’m ecstatic about joining Solaris Gaming. After a great 10 months with Team Gravity I thought it was time to move on. I’m happy that I have been accepted as a member of Solaris Gaming. I am already friends with nearly every member of the team, so I think I will fit right in. My long term goal is to get into the WCS system for 2015. I will be practicing hard to make this possible, so that Starcraft 2 fans and players will notice me as an up-and-comer who is to be feared!
