gaming keyboard for laptop ?

That said, going from a laptop keyboard to an external keyboard has a lot of advantages (although probably not as much as going from the trackpad to a mouse)... One of the biggest (imo) is that you can sit more ergonomically (keyboard above the knee at elbow level and screen just below eye level beyond your reach). Keyboards and mice don't make you better. However, the more comfortable (and accurate) you are with your gear the better you should end up playing. Gear that puts less stress on your body might also slow down how quickly you get fatigued (and possibly reduce the chance of RSI). edit: just to add... I do love my mechanical switches! If you're getting a keyboard just for gaming, I HIGHLY recommend you get a 10-keyless (no numberpad). This allows your left (WASD) and right (mouse) hands to be closer together (unless you're a lefty). | ||

It won't make you play better but it will make the gaming experience more enjoyable. Mechanical keyboard can last quite a while and it improves the daily computer usage experience, so I would say mine were well worth it | ||
