It's nice to see a new team, especially a established one in other games, get into Sc2, and into the NA scene no less. It'll be interesting to see who these others they say they're picking up are.
Points go to them for being like the only team. I forgot there was even another NA based team other than PSI storm. The only clans I'm aware of in GM atm are hacking ones. What a sad state.

Do any of these guys even play anymore? Bails is clearly the best, but he never seems to stream anymore (thus no exposure + not sure if he plays). Flatline either doesn't play enough or isn't' even GM level anymore.. Anytime I played shew he was talking about how playing the game wasn't worth it/quiting. I saw SaroVati playing on a stream the other day and I was in shock, as I hadn't seen that named around in forever.

Who can even tell who's active anymore? There's so little opportunity for advancement or exposure in this region right now, all but the very best are left in anonymity. Hell, Deimos is quietly streaming friendly clan wars again, and nobody noticed.

I'm just saying, these are names you USED to see on ladder. But, I haven't played versus any of them in at least 4 months. I know bails is best suited playing Korean ladder, but the other guys... you would expect to play them/see them if they still played. If you played NA, you would literally think the team was solely Flatline and that it was a masters team...

That's TLPD's fault, not mine. I'll edit in a Terran logo for you, though. (Also, I ALMOST posted that you'd gone over to HS because I kept seeing your name around, but then I remembered you'd just kept in touch with Kitkatz after Clarity folded.)

Hey! Things have been pretty fluid with our roster.. Here is where we are right now
Bails Elhaym Sarovati Puck Nero Silky Flatline
Siphonn hasn't played for awhile and we didn't want to make a big show of it but he's inactive, as is reborn. They are both super focused on school so I would just consider them inactive.
Shew got a job at Twitch so we thought it would be best to formally cut ties to allow us to (potentially) talk with other streaming platforms about deals.
All three of those guys are still close with the team and still in our big f3 family chat!

I can't speak about all of them but Bails is awesome and still playing. ElhayM has actually been streaming and definitely plays a good bit(though he just started a new job very very recently so may be slightly less active). rebOrn tends to play on barcodes and on KR and SaroVati is playing more in prep for WCS as far as I'm aware. Flatline has a stream I see on fairly often and I see Nero's stream going sometimes as well(I think)?
Siphonn isn't playing as much lately and Shew works at Twitch now and has been pretty busy I think.
Overall, I think almost all of them are fairly active, though not always super visible when we're in the downtime period of SC2 where there's not as much to play in, or they tend to play on barcodes.
Anyways, super awesome pickups! Can't wait to see Flipsid3 in 2015!

Just because I have work and school doesn't mean I'm dead and gone ((( But yea for most any sc2 viewer, you'd know that the last few months of each year are usually considered the "off-season" due to only 1-2 major tournaments happening! We'll see how we do with the coming 2015 season

Well, I just started watching thecreature, and flatline, who is on skype with him, was talking about how no one was active besides the people they just picked up, and he had just came back a few weeks ago (was playing hearthstone). Either way, not a good sign.
I feel I have heard of this team outside of StarCraft scene, but never in SC scene, I hope they do well, but I do have mixed feelings about this team as there whole roster seems like people I haven't seen or heard of in a long time, especially shew. He works for Twitch now? That is awesome, wonder what he does.

I honestly don't understand this organization's thought process. Why would you recruit a bunch of guys with such bad records in competitive play? After all this time, do they really think that puck, shew, etc are going to be something different than what we've seen the last 4 years?
It just looks like the same recipe for fail that we've seen from other teams who recruited average/below average NA players.
Grats to puck and the team. The team roster definitely has some good NA players. !

Quite sure that says premier league for 3 seasons straight, 5 total (5 straight actually?). Pretty sick consistency if u ask me especially with koreans last year. !
They mentioned earlier that shew has moved on~ and Bails, ElhayM, and SaroVati are all great NA players.

lol, typical attitude of someone who exclusively watches korean sc2 or WCS... just because players aren't winning IEMs and DHs on the international scene that doesn't mean there's no place for smaller teams fielding local top talent. do you go into your local grocery store and ask why they bother competing with walmart?

Maybe he thinks they are paid as much as koreans in kespa teams.

There are 3 Go4-Cups and a Zotac Cup every week. None of them are region locked. I know, that there may be a bit of ping, but Armani for example plays fom korea and still has decent runs in those cups from time to time.
Isn't Flipside the only new created team for a veeeeery long time? However, i really like the roster, and also the new pickups! I wish esecially puck, sarovati and BAILS good luck in wcs, bails has earned a wcs in my opinion!
btw i think, Neeb would be a perfect addition to that team as well.^^

Cav did say his next pick up is someone who has been in WCS. Hopefully it is Neeb

Your grocery store analogy sucks- obviously they won't ever be as big as Wal-Mart, but they're not stocking their shelves with inferior products either. I'd argue that their recruits are vastly inferior players when compared to the competitive scene as a whole.
FYI... I'm not against NA players at all. If they were recruiting names we'd never heard of before- talent that truly was up and coming- I'd be all in. Instead they're just recycling the same players we've seen over and over again. How can this possibly be a recipe for success?
