Hello ladies and gentlemen from the Tt eSPORTS headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan.
We at Tt eSPORTS want to know your feedback on our products. What needs to be fixed? What are we doing right? Do you guys have a cool idea that no one else has put on the market?
Is everything alright with our headsets? What about our mice and keyboards? Mousepads?
Note: I did not post this in technical support because we are looking for feedback, and nothing at my PC is broken that we need help with.
EDIT: Your feedback regarding our products and products only will be collected and presented at our weekly meetings.

you guys should focus on quality over quantity, there is no focus what so ever with your products, identify the product categories you want to focus and have only 1 very good product. For example for tenkeyless keyboards, make 1 really good one of those etc.

I don't own a TT E-Sports product. I'm not even sure how/where to find one in France (except online of course).
Edit: I just wanted to add that I find this initiative really good. Going on a community site and asking for direct feedback from users, it's a nice move ! I hope you'll get constructive feedback and not just trolls ! :-)

I've won a lot of Tt gear and used/trialled most products at events and demos here in Australia. I've given every single piece of Tt gear away, except one keyboard that I destroyed in a cathartic release of rage several years ago.
Everything looks and feels cheap, like a "Happy Meal" version of esports gear I'd expect to get at McDonalds. Stop with all the gimmicky designs and features (fans on your mouse and keyboard, really?).
Practicality, ergonomics, performance. Make a product line with these three principles at the forefront of design and you'll do well. If you have great gear then word of mouth will be a much more powerful marketing tool than the money you're wasting pushing shoddy designs.

As a gamer myself, I broke my own keyboard of a rivaling brand name while playing League of Legends in a fit of rage.

Hello , my girlfriend bought me a keyboard POSEIDON with blue led from ttesports as a gift for my birthday in september last year. I chose tt because of the people you supported over time (Artosis, white ra, tasteless). The keyboard did not work . When I pressed some of the keys once they would register as being pressed twice or multiple times. It did the same thing on any computer I tried so we sent it back for warranty. After at least one month they acknowledged that there is a problem but they did not replace the keyboard they "fixed it" and sent it back. It worked for about two days and then it did the same thing. My girlfriend sent it back but we are six months later with no keyboard and our personal conclusion is : no more TTesports products. I wouldn't have minded if it was broken and then replaced. But it is not what my girflriend considers cheap keyboard and now she hates ttesports even more than I dislike your products. (I think it is because she wanted to do something nice for me and it did not work I am sure you have a lot more not so bad experiences or you would not be on the market but this was mine with your product.

This has very little to do with SC2 and is more of an advertisement. Maybe try a sponsored thread.
