Prime on life support now, here's hoping they get triple-bypass surgery before next season starts.

I'm going to enjoy this next year or so of Hots, it will probably be the end of SC2. I don't think LoTV will change anything unfortunately. I don't think there will be any HotS after Blizzcon.

Look at Myungsik he went to Prime, went mediocre/bad, he went to KT and his results sky rocketed. How did Yodas move to Prime go for him, well since he went there his results have plummeted. How did Departure do on Prime? How have he been doing on MVP? Exponentially better. Innovation was struggling, went to SKT and now he's kicking ass, Impact was a mess, who would have thought he would be doing in well and winning games in pro-league half a year ago? The signs are there to see everywhere, a bad player goes to a good team expect great improvement, a great player going to Prime and expect a slump. you have very very badly missed the point, as i clearly said yes it's significant but team environment can't change the level of talent someone has. i could spend twelve hours a day in a korean teamhouse and i would probably still top out at master your random examples don't really demonstrate anything, especially when it comes to players like inno who already showed a top level of play and had ups and downs. every player has ups and downs, that's not really the same as an entire team being full of nobodies with low or no results. if the implication is that skt could take prime and make them a playoff team then it's an absurd one people love to blame coaches because there's literally no way to prove it right or wrong yet you can argue as adamantly as you please that there's something "wrong with the coaching" or whatever. it's just intellectual laziness and its boring does skt have better coaching than prime and does it matter? yes, like i already said it probably does matter. but attributing their entire failure to that and not admitting the players just aren't that talented is unfair and silly

SKT has some monstrous coaching (they basically changed Dream and Dark from Tier 2 or 3 players into championship contenders), but they pick up people only that they can see have potential. tl;dr SKT is better than PRIME because they can afford both superb coaches and superb players

But not even Prime can last forever. Even if SC2 was prospering in Korea, which it isn't, Prime would basically be on life support. At this point, from a monetary standpoint, I'm guessing only the greatest of champions and a couple of others (Parting, Flash, Rain, Life, Hero) are making any more money than they would working a retail job or something like that.
