A pity, this couldn't have been created before the Pro-season as the 8th team ...

Poor Olli, Hero was your valentine

TaeJa can't find a team, DRG can't find a team
I think we can add Parting, Soulkey, even Byun who had to resort to a tiny chinese team.. Kespa rules might actually harm the korean scene more than the new WCS

My heart I will always root for HerO and I will always pull for Liquid its pretty hard to see that they will no longer be together. That being said HerO will always be my favorite player and I will always cheer for him! HerO fighting!!!!!

5/5 article. Thank you, Olli, for this nostalgia trip. The vods you linked also reminded me so much of the little things of that era of SC2 that I miss. Magnificent HerO, I will continue to follow your progress in this season of Code S. Thank you for your time on Team Liquid.

Woww 5 years... end of an era. Will truly be missed.

I lurk here from time to time and this is the saddest news I've read on the front page.
Hero fighting! <3

I really enjoyed HerO's style, and I agree that he was the main contributor to "warp prism centered harassment", but all the rest was co-invented with a ton of other Korean Protoss
|
Respect, i wish you a good next journey HerO!

Thats a great picture of HerO. I'm glad that he was on Liquid for so many years, but so sad to see him go. Really gonna miss him playing under the Liquid banner.

Kinda miss those WOL times :/

Well he's not dead, and if I read correctly the announcement, it's more a loss for TL than for himself, his ro32 group is not impossible, even if it's a hard one, and as TL's boss stated it himself, LotV may be a huge opportunity for him to come back.
No need to have this tone in the article, it's not a funeral.

It's a look back on his career on TL, which is in fact coming to an end. You would know that if you actually read the intro, the article, the conclusion and had a general idea of how to grasp the message of an article. You clearly do not, since this is not the first time you've unnecessarily criticized writing for issues you've talked yourself into seeing.
So hey, I'll do the same thing to you: no need to make this post at all, it's not like I'm going to edit the article because of you.

Good luck and all the best. One of the most hearted players.
