DH Austin had group stages.

Clem? Not sure if the pubes were localized, harvested and analyzed in FBI's laboratory as requested by President Hollande, but trying to prove to ESL that he is over 16 that way seems a bit of a long shot if you ask me.

16-year limit for signups.
What do you think about it? No Clem, no Reynor, no new young talents in SC2 international tournaments.
Is this a Blizzard specific policy? How SC2 (as an esport) can stay alive outside Korea for the coming years, with no player replacements and with this kind of limits for young players? Who is less than 14y old what may think? "Ok, i wait two years to go there"..but in two years, at this rate, SC2 will see again a DreamHack?

I think it is because ESL has to comply with German rules about minors (under 16 that is) not being allowed to participate in this (or any?) type of economic activity. Nothing to do with Blizzard.

Minors under 16 are allowed to work, but strictly not after 10pm. That could be a reason.
But the agian Dreamhack is headed in Sweden, the event in Spain. And on top this is a Blizzard rule for all WCS Events. But I know that this hasnt been the case forever.
