Two more players qualified for KeSPA Cup through the North American Qualifier today.
First to secure his ticket to Seoul was TRUE, tearing through Raze, MajOr, viOLet and Scarlett with only two map losses.
Neeb finished in second place, edging out viOLet and Scarlett in two close series at the end, after initially falling to Scarlett. Unfortunately for both, they desperately needed the WCS Points to stay in the running for BlizzCon.
Blizzcon Update!
Here's what these most recent results mean for the WCS run-in.
viOLet is now entirely dependent on others not gaining enough points to overtake him in the rankings. Elazer (tied with him at #8), PtitDrogo and uThermal are close enough to do so by qualifying for KeSPA Cup alone.
MaSa is officially eliminated from BlizzCon competition. Blame goes to Scarlett and viOLet, who both beat him 2-0.
Hydra did not participate in the qualifier, which leaves his spot tangentially vulnerable. He should still be far enough ahead to make it, though.
TRUE and Neeb were both already qualified for the biggest event of the year before. But they could still up their standing in the ranking, resulting in better seeds at BlizzCon.
Has cannot participate in the EU Qualifier, effectively eliminating him from BlizzCon.
Scarlett is now officially eliminated from BlizzCon. Her chances were marginal to say the least (only a KeSPA Cup win and others failing would have sufficed), but a 2-3 defeat to Neeb in the final series seals her fate for good.
We will keep you updated with results from the EU Qualifier coming up in only a few hours.
It's a shame that TRUE can qualify through an NA qualifier. He's not even one GSL season removed from being a GSL Code S player and he's completely exploiting the system.

What he was code S? I heard he was some mid tier korean stuck in code A able to "destroy" foreigners left and right :o

He somehow made it to Code S after Bunny turned off his brain and lost to random zerglings 3 games in a row.

Maybe but that's a bit old news now isn't it, after winning WCS Summer

That match was a joke. It was sooooo bad.
TRUE spent 9 months waiting for his visa. The moment it got done he packed up, forfeited Code S, and moved to America to play WCS. I think he did more than enough to be allowed to play in this qualifier. And as Penev said, he's already the WCS Summer champion. Bit late for complaints.
Kinda sad viOlet didn't manage to qualify, he was the only player in the fight for Blizzcon who attempted the Global Qualifier. Now I kinda hope his competition doesn't get points so he can qualify via tiebreaker.

Yet Maru got stuck in code A because of Zest... Bracket luck goes both ways :/.
